After all the rumours it’s not, is Members Only: Palm Beach actually filmed on Palm Beach?!
Multiple sources claim the show isn't even filmed there
Right, I need to know whether Members Only: Palm Beach is actually filmed at Palm Beach, AKA one of the most exclusive places to live in the world. Loads of people have been saying it isn’t, and permits have been released which prove where the show was filmed.
As it turns out, the town of Palm Beach changed the regulation for production companies to film on the island in 2024. It costs literally so much money to even get into Mar-a-Lago, and only a few people are even accepted for a membership there!
More permits were filed to film the show outside the town of Palm Beach, as reported by WPTV. According to permits obtained, Seersucker, the production company creating Members Only: Palm Beach, they filed only one permit in Palm Beach.

The permit reportedly shows it was cancelled and not completed. Seersucker filed 68 permits to film in other locations across Palm Beach County, which meant they filmed at Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton.
WPTV pulled seven of the 68 permits. Those shoots include filming Mizner Park, City Place and South Inlet Park. The permits show The Ben and Treehouse at Canopy in West Palm Beach, so they definitely did film there, but weren’t allowed to film in every single area.

Michelle Hillery, commissioner for Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, told WPTV she works with productions to find alternatives across the county to filming in Palm Beach. She claims they help companies “identify locations that look like Palm Beach”.
“Once we kind of read through what they are looking for, we let them know there is a completely different process within the town, but we can potentially find you what you need in other parts of our county,” she said. “Or even identify locations that look like [Palm Beach].”
