Savannah Chrisley fires back at Christine Quinn after she criticised Erika Kirk
Christine shaded Erika Kirk for being 'everywhere but with her kids'
Savannah Chrisley has fired back at Selling Sunset’s Christine Quinn after she tweeted that Erika Kirk was “everywhere but with her kids.”
Savannah has been a long time supporter of Erika Kirk and publicly supported Charlie Kirk before his death.
Savannah Chrisley responded to Christine Quinn, writing that her words had been a “cheap shot” at Erika Kirk.
She wrote: “Wow… this is really disappointing to see from you. I know you’re better than this.”
She continued: “Erika isn’t ‘everywhere but with her kids’ she’s everywhere fighting FOR them. She’s raising her babies while surviving a level of grief most people would crumble under. Showing up, advocating, building, working, that’s called resilience, not absence.”
She added: “Taking a cheap shot at a woman who just lost her husband and is doing everything she can to create stability for her children isn’t the look you think it is.
“Erika is one of the strongest, most intentional mothers I’ve ever witnessed and she deserves compassion, not commentary from people who see a post but not her pain.”
Savannah has been a very vocal supporter of both Charlie and Erika Kirk, and previously opened up more about her close personal and professional relationship with them on her Unlocked podcast.
She explained: “Charlie gave me a voice to share my story, and I will forever be grateful for that. I can’t help but think of Erika and the kids.”
She then shared that she’d texted Erika Kirk after the shooting happened and had looked at messages that the wife of Charlie had previously sent her.
In June, Erika had messaged her, writing: “I just wanted to say how proud I am of you. I told your mom backstage you have a massive anointing on your life. Great job tonight.
“Just wanted to share these super sweet photos with you. God bless you. Continue to fix your eyes on Jesus. I’m very proud of you. If you need anything don’t ever hesitate to reach out.”
Savannah then described Erika as “the epitome of a God-fearing, loving person, woman, mother, “adding that “that’s the type of woman that I want to be.”
She also praised her behaviour following her husband’s death, saying: “In her first speech, I was in shock. It was like a Jackie Kennedy moment. She was so poised.”
She added in a seperate social media caption: “I’m so blessed to have known Charlie. While the pain feels unbearable, I know the enemy will not silence what God has already set in motion.
“Now, it’s on us, not only to keep his voice alive, but to lift up Erika as she carries his torch. She is our modern day Jackie Kennedy: a woman of strength, grace, and resilience in the face of unthinkable loss.”
