RHOBH’s newbie Amanda Frances used to be in a cult and was previously arrested
This is a serious backstory
Amanda Frances is not your average Beverly Hills diamond.
On paper, she’s a self-made multimillionaire, bestselling author of Rich as F*ck, and money-mindset guru stepping into season 15 ready to spar with Erika, Dorit and co.
But beneath the glam and Bel-Air real estate (yes, she bought Kyle Richards’ former home), there’s a very un-Bravo backstory.
Years in a religious cult, a messy exit, and an old arrest that’s already spawned a viral mugshot.
Her viral mugshot (and what the arrest was)

People practically summoned the receipts the second Amanda appeared in the season 15 trailer, and sure enough, a mugshot started circulating online.
According to Distractify, public records in Oklahoma show an arrest in 2012 for driving with a suspended license. The charge was later dismissed, and that’s the only confirmed arrest on record connected to her name.
There’s also an alleged 2016 DUI floating around, but even that report notes it isn’t backed up by official records. So yes, there is a real mugshot and a past arrest, but as of now, the documented incident is a traffic-related charge that didn’t stick.
Expect the other women to ask about it on-camera the second someone brings a printout to a lunch.
From ‘life in a cult’ to ‘life of my dreams’

This is where Amanda’s story gets genuinely intense.
On her own blog, she writes very plainly: “I was in a cult.”
She describes spending around two years in what she calls a “really controlling, really frightening” religious organisation: heavy isolation, strict rules about who she could see, date, or even talk to, and leaders framed as the only spiritual authority.
She’s talked about “the night I left the cult,” driving away in the middle of the night terrified she would “miss God” but determined to rebuild her life.
Those experiences are now the opening of her upcoming book Godly as F*ck, which she frames as moving from religious control to spiritual freedom.
How rich is the ‘Money Queen,’ really?

Amanda’s entire brand is built around a simple but very bold claim.
She says that she is a self-made multimillionaire who teaches other women how to unlock the same financial freedom.
The RHOBH newbie calls herself the ‘Money Queen’, and her online empire, made up of coaching, courses, and wealth-mindset programs, is repeatedly described as an eight-figure global business spanning over 80 countries.
She’s spoken publicly about hitting her first million by the age of 31, although the exact figure of her current net worth hasn’t been confirmed.
StyleCaster reported: “…she did say that she’s earned more than $30 million just by being a life coach.”
So while the money is clearly real and the business undeniably massive, the specific number remains her secret (for now).
What is RHOBH newbie Amanda’s age?

Amanda is 40 years old, born on September 12, 1985, in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, a far cry from the super-glossy world she’s now walking into on RHOBH.
Before the designer handbags and Bel-Air remodels, she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and went on to complete a master’s from Southern Methodist University.
She even began a PhD program before pivoting into entrepreneurship full-time, a decision she now says was one of the most freeing of her life.
Her leap into Beverly Hills living became official when she and her partner purchased Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s former Bel-Air home for around $6.1 million, the kind of storyline Bravo producers dream about.
Fiancé Eddie, their kids, and the blended family situation

Amanda isn’t just bringing glam and controversy to the show, she’s also bringing a full-on blended family.
She’s engaged to Eddie Tsivislavsky, who works as a CEO in the construction space, though the two haven’t officially tied the knot yet.
Together they share two young children, Canaan Cash and Delilah Grace, with Amanda having documented much of her pregnancy journey online, including a very RHOBH-friendly baby shower at the Hotel Bel-Air.
She also embraces her role as “smama” to Eddie’s older children, Liam and Shoshana, making family life a mix of toddlers, teens, and co-parenting.
It’s a juggling act that could easily become one of her most relatable or most dramatic storylines this season.
