Did Peter manage to sell all of the 200 Amsterdam units after Owning Manhattan?
He's going to be making some serious commission
During the second season of Owning Manhattan, Ryan Serhant ruffled a lot of feathers when he gave the 200 Amsterdam project to Peter Zaitzeff.
This caused a lot of controversy amongst the other agents, especially from Jordan March, who felt like he’d been hugely overlooked for the opportunity by Ryan.

And just 24 hours after being given 200 Amsterdam on Owning Manhattan, Peter had already managed to sell one of the $40 million penthouses, proving he was the right agent for the job.
But, with there being 112 residences for sale in 200 Amsterdam, did Peter manage to sell them all following the end of Owning Manhattan? Let’s find out!
According to the SERHANT website, there are only three apartments left for sale in 200 Amsterdam, so Peter has managed to sell 109 so far, an amazing feat.

The other penthouse in the building is still available to buy, and is currently listed at $35 million, and features four bedrooms and full bathrooms in a 6,000 square-foot space, and a huge terrace with stunning views of Central Park.
There’s also another four bedroom apartment for sale at $21 million, alongside a three bedroom unit that’s available to buy for $18.5 million.
Knowing Peter’s track record, I’m sure he’ll be able to sell them in no time at all.
