A nosey peek into the theatrical life of Owning Manhattan’s Chloe Caine
Since when was she on Broadway?!
If you thought Owning Manhattan‘s Chloe Caine was just another glossy real-estate agent in a cute denim jacket, think again.
Behind the pink tweed and sky-high heels is a former theatre kid who’s swapped stage doors for staggeringly expensive front doors.
She’s a new mom juggling nappies with nine-figure listings, has a rom-com-level love story involving her actual mother running her dating apps, and still manages to belt out showtunes to help sell townhouses.
Consider this your backstage pass into Chloe’s very theatrical real-life character arc.
She’s a glam NYC mom now

Away from the Netflix cameras, Chloe’s real leading role is being a mom.
She and her British husband live in Manhattan’s Flatiron district with their daughter, Charley, and toy poodle sidekick, Sadie.
She’s pretty much the unofficial emotional support fluff of Owning Manhattan.
Chloe has said motherhood pushed her to level up her career, and it shows.
She returned from maternity leave to keep breaking sales records in the city’s luxury market, all while filming a reality show and keeping her social content on point, as reported by Tudum.
She was literally a Broadway leading lady

Before she was selling penthouses, Chloe was playing Sophie in the national tour of Mamma Mia! and performing Off-Broadway in The Death of the Moon.
She’s talked about how painful it was to park her theatre dreams when she pivoted into property, worrying clients wouldn’t take her seriously if they saw her as ‘just’ a performer.
Of course, the drama followed her anyway. She’s now famed as the ‘Broadway agent,’ belting out musical numbers at open houses and even turning her life into a musical web series, Chloe in Manhattan, about chasing the spotlight and finding real estate instead.

Chloe’s love story is pure chaos in the cutest way.
Back in 2018, her mom Barbra got so bored of her dating disasters that she asked for Chloe’s dating-app passwords… and then started swiping and messaging as Chloe.
Posing as her daughter, Barbra matched with a British finance manager, Leone Caine, and charmed him with texts about “dining al fresco.” Chloe eventually agreed to a date, despite not being into his photos, and was pleasantly surprised when they met in person.
Leone later found out he’d fallen for both mother and daughter, took it well, and the pair married in 2021 before welcoming baby Charley in March 2025.
She’s turning Serhant into her stage

Career-wise, Chloe is a lead agent at Ryan Serhant’s brokerage.
Having joined the firm in 2021 after smashing over 150 rental deals in her first year in real estate, per The Direct, her vibe is very marketing machine meets theatre kid.
She’s built a big social following, fronted campaigns for brands like Swiffer, and uses her musical chops in her listings content and Chloe in Manhattan series.
Netflix has even tagged her a “Reality Star on the Rise” thanks to Owning Manhattan. So yes, the girl basically found a way to have Broadway, real estate and reality TV all at once!
