Peter Zaitzeff reveals the real reason he decided to join cast of Owning Manhattan
Ryan was practically begging him to join
Peter Zaiteff is the newest cast member to join Owning Manhattan, and it was clear from the get-go that Ryan Serhant was incredibly keen to get him on board.
However, Peter wasn’t instantly convinced and he’s now revealed the surprising real reason he decided to join the company in an interview with realtor.com.

He admitted: “I don’t know if Ryan knows this and I don’t know if I’ve told anybody, but I was in my apartment and I flipped a coin and I was like, ‘All right, I’m going.'”
Peter Zaiteff explained that Ryan Serhant has been trying to get him to join Owning Manhattan for years, but was convinced when Ryan said he’d get access to better opportunities.

He explained: “Ryan was very persistent in the way that he recruited me. So that was the first part of it because I was really happy at Corcoran and, I was doing my thing there. I could have stayed there.
“I think that Ryan made a good argument in convincing me to come over, that the opportunity here would be greater in the long term.”
He continued: “Ryan did a really good job of convincing me that the opportunity at Serhant was going to be bigger than any opportunity that I could get at Corcoran. It took a lot of hard work, but we got there.”
