All the Owning Manhattan agents who haven’t returned for season two and why they quit
It's all so messy
The new season of Owning Manhattan is finally upon us, however some agents haven’t returned for season two, such as Jonathan Normolle who was fired last season.
However, there are still a couple more agents who we won’t be seeing again, so let’s find out who’s not in season two and why.
Jonathan Normolle

It was a marvel Jonathan Normelle didn’t get fired earlier on in his career on Owning Manhattan.
It all started when Jonathan spoke badly about co-star Savannah Gowarty’s abilities as an agent during the official Owning Manhattan podcast, making the company look bad as a result.
Then he proceeded to tag along to Kayla Lee’s showing without his client, and was extremely rude about the seller’s jacuzzi, which he claims costs less than his client’s watch.
And is if that wasn’t bad enough, his behaviour costs Ryan Serhant a $9 million deal after he told the buyers that they wouldn’t be able to afford one of the couches in the space.
Unsurprisingly Ryan Serhant fired Jonathan Normelle, and despite him claiming it was all part of his “master plan” it’s safe to say he definitely won’t be making another appearance on Owning Manhattan.

Savannah Gowarty went back and forth on whether to leave SERHANT and whilst she decided against it at the end of Owning Manhattan, after filming stopped she decided to quit. She’s now working at Compass Real Estate.
Maggie Wu

Maggie Wu was one of Ryan Serhant’s most successful agents on Owning Manhattan, however she decided to quit the show.
Ryan explained: “I found Maggie Wu as a solo agent and I went to her and I said, ‘If you follow my guidance, you’re gonna build a team, break $100 million in sales, and you’re gonna win awards.’
“And that’s exactly what she’s done. And all of a sudden she said, ‘I’m gonna leave. And I’m gonna do press. And make it public.’”
Maggie explained that Ryan’s favouritism played a role in her decision to quit, claiming: “There are favorites. I am/was one of them. Favoritism comes with something.
“I didn’t want people to associate, ‘She’s a favorite, therefore, she’s fed.’ It’s not because of Ryan. I do adore him. He’s a great mentor. But my success is my own.”
