Selling The OC’s Alex Hall is all set to launch a new business after over a year in the making
'It's taken a lot longer than I imagined'
Alex Hall has been experimenting with an all-natural facial oil that she’s all set to launch. After Selling The OC released its new episodes, she decided to ask viewers what bottle she could use to release the oil in, and it’s something she’s been working on for over a year.
In May 2024, Alex shared a video of her using a facial oil which she claims to have only natural ingredients in. Back then, she said it’s “almost finished” and that it’s “taken a lot longer than she imagined” to “squeeze all of her favourite products into one bottle.”

She’s got the most flawless skin ever, and while it’s very different to the real estate world she’s usually wrapped up in, Alex said: “My skincare is not overly complicated. I’m really big on hydrating the skin and not overwashing or drying out our skin’s natural oil.”
Alex has made several attempts at a side hustle in the past, including a potential mastermind course on real estate. Oh, and that’s not all, because just a month ago, she revealed she’s going to launch her own podcast, called Pretty Dirty with Alex Hall.
Her skincare routine involves the use of an oil cleanser on dry skin as the first step in a double cleansing process, followed by a foaming cleanser for a deep clean. And now she’s asked people: “I need your help! Which bottle do you like for the face oil I’m launching??”
One person said: “Like the beauty market needs yet another face oil. If it doesn’t contain salmon sperm I’m out.” Alex came up with the idea after using an oil on her tummy while pregnant to get rid of stretch marks, which she began to use on her face.
