This Selling The OC agent has only sold two properties the entire time they’ve been on the show

Not all Selling The OC agents are as skilled as others, and unfortunately one of the agents has only sold two properties this year, so here’s who it is.

Well, it’s none other than newbie Ashtyn who according to The Tab has closed on just two houses so far in her career at The Oppenheim Group, a $720k property last year, and a $1.7million home earlier this year.

And it seems Gio really has earned his reputation for being the most successful agent out there, as with over 57 sales and having brought in over $100 million for The Oppenheim Group he’s officially the most successful agent they have.

But to be fair to Ashtyn, is no surprise she hasn’t sold too many properties during her time on Selling The OC, as she only joined this season and she’s been pregnant and is now enjoying time with her baby.

And technically fellow newbie Fiona has also only sold two properties so far, and she hasn’t even got any excuses.

According to Zillow, these were a $1.1million home three months ago, and a $640k property around a year ago.
