Jeff works at two investment capital companies, Karma Capital where he’s a partner and started in May 2014, and Jericho Capital which he joined in 2011.
According to his LinkedIn, his role at Karma Capital includes “high volume sourcing of distressed residential real estate. Principal fund rehabilitates all properties for re-sale.”
As for his role as partner as Jericho Capital, it’s very similar with his LinkedIn stating: “Private equity fund purchasing, renovating and renting out distressed real estate in Phoenix, AZ for the purpose of gaining significant appreciation through a long term hold.”

As for how much Jeff Zerboni could be bringing home as husband to Ashtyn, estimates claim the Selling The OC star could be making anywhere from $400k to $1,000,000 per year at each job, now that’s a hefty contribution to a net worth.
Then as if that wasn’t enough already, Jeff is also the owner and broker at Premier West Realty, and has made 96 total sales so far, with an average sale price of $1.1 million, according to Zillow.

And since Jeff appears to be the owner of Premier West Realty, he wouldn’t have to give a portion of his commission to the owner as that’s him, so he could also be seriously profiting from his expensive listings.
