Despite most of the Selling The OC only being in their early twenties and thirties, most of them have already been divorced.
So, let’s have a look at the startling young ages they all got divorced and what else we know about the reasons their marriages fell apart.
Fiona Belle – 23
Fiona Belle is the youngest cast member on Selling The OC, and during the most recent season of the show revealed that she was currently in the process of getting divorced at just 23.
She tearfully opened up to Alex Hall about being trapped in an abusive relationship for years with her ex-husband, who she chose not to publicly name.
Fiona spoke to Decider about the support Alex has given her throughout her divorce, saying: “It meant a lot to me. Being a part of a different office and coming into the Orange County territory, I think she just helped me find my footing with everything.
“And not only stand my ground, but really go after that higher caliber of listings and really just believe in myself more.”
Alex Hall – 26
Alex Hall got divorced from her ex husband Neil Flores in 2015 after seven years of marriage, she was just 26 at the time.
They first met in Orange County, where they both continue to live, and had their first child, a daughter, before welcoming a son four years later.
She filed the case at Orange County Superior Courts, at the Lamoreaux Justice Center located in Orange, California, as per records on Unicourt. The type of case is listed as a family legal separation lawsuit and is currently unclassified.
Polly Brindle – 29

Polly got divorced at 29, and she briefly discussed her marriage to Stephen Wolf during Selling The OC.
She mentioned: “All of my twenties, I was married. Like, I was playing the wifey, doing that thing.”
As for why the pair ended up divorcing, Polly revealed: “We took vows, and I took those vows very seriously. I got married for the rest of my life, and he was unfaithful. I saw pictures on his phone of him with two women. They were prostitutes.”
Tyler Stanaland – 32
Brittany Snow and Tyler got married in 2020, with the pair announcing their split just one month after Selling The OC first premiered and finalising their divorce the following year.
Tyler and Brittany announced their separation in September 2022, writing: “After time and consideration, Britt and I have made the difficult decision to separate.
“This decision was made with love and mutual respect for one another. We have realized we need to take some time and make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives.”
He continued: “We started this journey as best friends and our relationship will continue to be a priority not only for us but for our dog, Charlie.
“We sincerely appreciate your support and ask for privacy as we navigate this new chapter.”
