Selling Sunset’s Bre Tiesi is currently involved in a lawsuit, so here’s what’s going on
It's all very messy
Chrishell has spoken out about the fact that Selling Sunset producers allegedly didn’t allow the cast to talk about the lawsuit Bre Tiesi was involved in, but what exactly happened during the lawsuit?
In April 2024, it was reported that Selling Sunset star Bre Tiesi was involved in a lawsuit after she was accused of being “vulgar and violent”, alongside allegedly harassing staff members, making homophobic comments and causing “emotional distress.”

In court documents obtained by Page Six, it was claimed that the three accusers, who worked for Bre, were asking for $4,250,000 in damages each.
Page Six reported that Bre Tiesi’s nanny Lucy Poole, her social media manager Amanda Bustard and personal assistant and stylist Kenneth Gomez filed a lawsuit against Bre.
At the time of them filming the lawsuit, the three former employees claimed that they’d been subjected to “continuous, pervasive, objectively, and subjectively offensive harassment” whilst working for her.
The documents stated: “Plaintiffs were harassed, discriminated against, and/or retaliated against on the basis of their sex, gender, and/or sexual orientation, and for having repeatedly reported, and demanded cessation of the harassing, discriminatory and retaliatory conduct.”

Selling Sunset realtor Bre Tiesi then fired back at the lawsuit, denying that she’d created a toxic work environment, and had gone to “reasonable care” to “correct promptly any alleged harassing, discriminatory, or retaliatory behavior.”
According to InTouch, her attorney stated: “The complaint is barred, in whole or in part, because [Bre’s] conduct was privileged, justified, and/or permissible under California law, consistent with community standards.
“Defendants had a good-faith belief that it had a legal right to engage in the conduct.”
