Vanessa officially left Selling Sunset after season five, confirming in 2023 that she wouldn’t be returning for season six.
She described her split from The Oppenheim Group as a “mutual decision” and explained that she never quite felt like she fit in with the ultra-competitive team, per The Tab.
She later re-joined The Agency, the real estate firm founded by RHOBH’s Mauricio Umansky, calling it her professional “home,” reported People.

Before her real estate days, Vanessa was already a successful telenovela actress in Mexico, starring in El Cuerpo del Deseo, Amores de Mercado, and Una Maid en Manhattan.
Since leaving Selling Sunset, she continued her property career at The Agency.
Although some of her Instagram posts see her appearing as an action movie actress, there’s no major Hollywood project announced just yet – it turns out her recent posts were made with AI.
Still, Vanessa remains listed as an actress and producer on IMDb, hinting that more screen work could be on the horizon.
For now, she’s balancing both worlds, selling dream homes while keeping one foot firmly in showbiz. She also appears to have branched out into the travel space.
The former Selling Sunset star said she’s turned her passion into her job, and appears to be enjoying a whole lot of time on the beach!
