Matt Rife dragged for inappropriately putting his hands on Zendaya in shocking resurfaced clip
He also made some lewd comments towards her
Controversy seems to follow Matt Rife wherever he goes, with Elf Cosmetics recently being called out for including him in their newest advertisement.
The comedian has a history of making inappropriate jokes, with a newly resurfaced clip of a teenage Matt Rife and Zendaya during a 2015 game show called Wild N’ Out being called out.
During the competition on the show, Zendaya and Matt Rife were split into separate teams with Zendaya holding water in her mouth whilst he tried to make her laugh and spit it out.
However, both his comments towards Zendaya and body language have created serious backlash, with many saying his action were “completely inappropriate.”
During one moment, Matt tells Zendaya: “Look, you’re mixed, I want to be Black, let’s make a lifestyle movie.”
He then proceeds to grab her face, saying: “Spit that water out so I can get your number, please.”
Zendaya’s teammates quickly came to her defence, telling the comedian not to touch her, before he screamed: “I didn’t touch her.”

Following the competition, even his co-stars called him out on his behaviour, saying: “That was definitely a bomb, not only a bomb for the audience but everybody on the cast was like, ‘Woah, chill man.'”
The resurfaced clip came after Matt Rife was publicly called out for a horrendous joke about domestic violence during a Netflix special.
He said: ” A full black eye. It wasn’t like, ‘What happened?’ It was pretty obvious what happened,” he said. “But we couldn’t get over, like, this is the face of the company? This is who you have greeting people?”
He continued: “And my boy, who I was with, was like, ‘Yeah, I feel bad for her, man, I feel like they should put her in the kitchen or something where nobody has to see her face.’
“And I was like, ‘Yeah, but I feel like if she could cook, she wouldn’t have that black eye.’”
The distasteful joke created huge outrage, with Women’s Aid condemning Matt, stating: ” Domestic abuse is no joke.
“Conversation about @mattrife shows many people do not understand the severity of domestic abuse, & the impact these ‘jokes’ have on women feeling able to reach out for support.
“The shocking truth is 3 women a fortnight are killed by their partner or ex.”
