It’s no secret that Love Island USA’s Huda Mustafa is literally showcasing an incredible physique. She’s an online fitness trainer – talk about a walking advert for her business?! It turns out Huda actually isn’t gatekeeping when it comes to achieving her gym results, either. She’s uncovered the workouts she’s been doing and we’ve done our homework taking notes.
Huda runs us through ‘glutes and hammies’

Ok, so Huda’s giving some wild before and afters on her social media accounts.
She seems to have gone through some kind of body recomposition as she’s built muscle all over her body, creating a seriously enviable figure.
Huda said in one of her videos that she “wasn’t born with a dump,” referring to her glutes. She said to follow her “glutes and hammies” routine if you want to go from “flatty to fatty.”
She begins doing RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts) and says: “We’re not doing three to four sets, we’re doing five.”
Huda puts a 25kg and a 10kg weight (35kg total) on each side of the bar and gets cracking.
By the looks of her video, she does five sets of eight reps.
Huda then moves on to her next exercise to get a “dump” – the Bulgarian split squat.
She said: “This probably gives me the best glute pump.”
It’s four sets of 12 to 15 reps of this one. And, she suggests still pushing yourself but doing “light to moderate weight” for this exercise.
Next, Huda does some hyperextensions. She advises doing 12 to 15 reps, and shows everyone a hack if you don’t have access to a hyperextension bench.
She does the exercise over a smith machine, and that rounds off her “glutes and hammies” workout.
She shares a secret about her abs

When it comes to how Huda maintains her physique, she dishes on one aspect in a video captioned: “How I’ve kept my stomach on FLAT flat while growing my glutes/ bulking.”
She said she drinks any Oxygreens drink and also does cardio after her workout for 20 or 30 minutes.
The Love Island USA star added in the comments: “Low intensity is the cardio you want to do, this will limit your muscle loss.”

Love Island USA’s Huda doesn’t stop her workouts there. She also took to her account to also share a workout specific to abs for all the “girls.”
She said to do three sets of 20 for each exercise.
The Love Island USA contestant starts with mountain climbers before moving onto toe touches with a weight, then crunches, then knee drives.
What the Love Island USA star eats in a day
It’s not just workouts that Huda’s sharing on the ‘gram.
Last year, she also let everyone in on what she apparently eats in a day!
She keeps her day fuelled with a mix of whole foods and supplements.
Huda starts with Greek yoghurt, banana, blueberries, honey, and oat milk coffee, plus a full stack of vitamins and OxyGreens.
Before her workout, she sips on OxyShred, then refuels with a peanut butter protein shake in the afternoon. Dinner is high-protein and balanced: ribeye steak, rice, and asparagus.
