Kim Kardashian’s best friend Lindsay May passed away

Anyone who knows of Kim Kardashian has likely heard her talk about her closest group of friends – her ‘lifers’.
She’s been friends with them pretty much her whole life, hence their nickname.
During some episodes of The Kardashians, people will have noticed Kim’s pals, like Zoe Winkler, appear alongside as they attended events like that Usher concert.
Kim and her group of lifers sadly dealt with the loss of Lindsay May in November 2024.
According to Us Weekly, Lindsay died after a battle with cancer.
Kim honoured her best friend with a heartbreaking post
On July 6, Kim took to Instagram to wish her late friend a “Happy Heavenly Birthday.”
The mom of four said she “waited months” to write the tribute post to Lindsay, because she “couldn’t find the right words.”
Captioning photos taken a year before, she said: “Nothing really captures how quiet and empty our lifers chat feels without you in it. I know you’d probably roll your eyes at me posting anything — especially since you didn’t really even have social media — but I couldn’t go through this lake trip without feeling you everywhere, and I needed to share it.”
Kim explained how she holds a tradition she had with Lindsay “tightly” nowadays.
She continued her heartbreaking post: “The lake was your happy place. It made you feel lighter, healthier… you were you. It’ll always be our favourite lifers tradition because it’s where we spend time with all of our kids being together and get real time with each other without any outside noise. We felt your absence this year in every sunset, every laugh, every quiet moment.”
Kim added how she’s grateful for all the memories they made: “We miss you so f***ing much, Lindz. Our world is not the same without you. I guess that’s why I hold onto this lake tradition so tightly. We’ll always have the lake — and in that, we’ll always have a piece of you.”
Another of Kim’s lifers, fashion stylist Simone Harouche, shared how tribute is also being paid to Lindsay in another way.
“Meet The Lindz, a jean created in honour of devoted daughter, wife, mother, and cherished friend, Lindsay May Palevsky,” she wrote on Instagram.
She added: “…we will be donating $50 from every pair of The Lindz sold on citizensofhumanity.com in 2025 to the Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation.”
