Shock, Dave has recently spoken about Lauren on a podcast. Despite it being weeks since Love Is Blind season eight aired, he’s now said she “cried all the time” but clarifies they “had a lot of good times that weren’t shown.”
Love Is Blind’s Dave speaks about Lauren – again
Dave is still harping on about Lauren, despite it being weeks since Love Is Blind season eight first aired. He also spoke about how he was portrayed on the show, saying that “anyone who says looks aren’t important is lying.”
He told the After Curfew podcast, “I think a lot of people glossed over what I spoke about on the show […]. In her defense, Lauren is looking for her person and really doesn’t want to wait around.”
“So I don’t think she was really waiting for me to figure that out,” Dave added, admitting it didn’t take him a year to reach out as people thought. He even said they hooked up a couple of times after the show.
He said they ‘had good times that weren’t shown’
Dave has claimed that him and Lauren “had lots of good terms that weren’t shown” on Love Is Blind, but said the producers decided to show “Lauren crying all the time,” as well as a “lot of dramatic stuff.”
He said how their romantic trip to Honduras was where they made the most positive memories, saying they initially had “no issues”. Dave added, “Did I self sabotage? Yeah, I think I did a little bit, which is something I can learn.”
Lauren has also spoken out about her and Dave’s relationship, telling the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, “I do think that there was love there… I could tell that he was genuinely struggling with how to tackle all of this information.”
