Joey finally breaks his silence on rumours he’s secretly dating Sara from Love Is Blind

Sara has said her piece about the rumours she’s dating Joey after Love Is Blind, Monica has too, and now Joey has finally spoken out about the whole thing.
In genuinely some of the juiciest bits of gossip that’s happened after a season of Love Is Blind, rumours soon started floating that Joey and Sara were secretly dating soon after the reunion aired.
Sara quickly denied them whilst appearing on The Viall Files, confirming that the pair “are definitely not dating,” however she couldn’t rule out the possibility of something happening between them in the future.
And now Joey has explained what’s really going on between him and Sara following their time on Love Is Blind, opening up on the Curious Crossroads podcast.
He admitted: “Sara and I just have become close. We’ve been like really good friends, really supportive, you kind of lean on each other a lot during this ’cause it’s intense.
“It is, like, a lot. There’s a lot of emotions that go behind it, so I would say in the last month or so her and I became really close.”
He added that the pair had seriously discussed the possibility of a romantic relationship, adding: “We kind of discussed if there could be any potential there, any interest there, and ultimately we just decided, ‘I don’t think either of us are in the capacity to do that right now,’ and so we’re kind of remaining this really close support system for each other.”
However, it seems Monica has some serious doubts over what’s really going on, telling Elite Daily she’s “sick of the lies.”
She recently revealed she asked Sara, “‘I’m hearing a lot of things about you and Joey. Is there anything you need to tell me?’
“And she called me and said, ‘Nothing’s official, but we are seeing each other.’ She said they didn’t want to make anything official until any online hate dies down.”
Monica added: “She told me this started a month ago, so that’s at least two months ago now.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if it was longer. All this time when I was venting to her about Joey, and she was saying she had my back, she was actually with him.” She added, “It’s a betrayal, and it’s very hurtful.”
At this point who knows what’s really going on, especially after Joey and Sara were allegedly spotted “kissing” at a concert…
