Love Is Blind cast kicking up a fuss with Netflix over how their reunion pics were edited
Respectfully, get a grip
Netflix released the full roster of cast outfit pictures ahead of the Love Is Blind reunion yesterday, but it’s safe to say a lot of the cast are seriously unhappy with the pictures that were chosen for them.
Love Is Blind cast members Devin and Mads voiced their dissatisfaction with Netflix and the photographer, publicly calling them out for not letting them choose their own pictures of the reunion.
Mads shared a picture of her reunion look on her Instagram, tagging Netflix and asked: “Can we please pick our own photos?”
She continued her query when she posted a picture of herself on her main feed, writing: “Err guys, do we think the Netflix photographer is mad at me y or no?”
Either I’ve started developing eye problems, or Mads is being a bit picky here because I can literally see nothing wrong with this picture.
She added another statement to her story later, including a picture of her laces, saying: “Fun face I tried tucking my laces in so you couldn’t see them and they said they would take them out in post. They in fact did not.”
Devin also had an issue with his look, as he posted a picture of himself wearing his outfit at home vs the one Netflix posted on his story, writing: “Netflix needs to let us pick our own pictures.”
He added on his caption: “How I was supposed to look vs how Netflix made me look.” Sir, this literally just looks like you’re posing differently, tbh.
And we don’t have long to wait to see all their outfits, as the Love Is Blind season eight reunion will be airing on Netflix on March 9th and will start streaming at 9 pm.
Love Is Blind season eight creator Chris Coelen told Entertainment Weekly in February that there’s also going to a special addition to the reunion.
He revealed: “During the reunion, we’re going to have our first-ever musical performance, which is going to be super exciting.
“The idea of music and love and celebration continues to be a big theme for us throughout the season, and hopefully for seasons to come.”
But, knowing what the previous Love Is Blind reunions have been like, I have a feeling this one could be the juiciest yet and I’m excited already!
