Wait, Dave just revealed he DID give the letter from Lauren to his sister on Love Is Blind
I'm so confused right now
Right, one of the major plot points on Love Is Blind this season was how, after everything, Dave apparently didn’t give his sister the letter that Lauren had written for her. He, very rightly so, got huge backlash from both Lauren and viewers, and the whole thing was partly why the two ended up parting ways.
At the time, Lauren explained: “When he went to go see his sister, like, a week ago, I, like, wrote her a letter to explain who I am and the whole situation and how crazy it is, but how much I wanna be with Dave and how much I love him and how much I care about her support. And he just didn’t give it to her.”

But now Dave is claiming that actually isn’t true, and he did give the letter to his sister from Lauren on Love Is Blind, and now I’m all sorts of confused.
In an interview with Vulture, they asked him: “Lauren wrote a letter for you to give to your sister but said it didn’t end up getting to her. Can you walk me through your thought process behind that choice?”
When Dave responded, he dropped a bit of a bombshell, admitting: “I mean, the letter did get to my sister. I don’t know why Lauren thought that.
“She said she found it in my jacket pocket. I don’t know why she’s going through my jacket pocket, but that’s a different story, I guess.
“I gave the letter to my sister. Whether she read it or not was up to her. If she thought it was relevant at that time, that was her call.” Why am I a bit in shock right now?? We need to find out immediately whether or not the sister read the letter.

Dave also spoke out more on the relationship he has with her sister, revealing his thoughts on receiving criticism about their closeness from Love Is Blind viewers.
When asked whether having his sister’s approval in a relationship is important to him, he replied: “Oh, absolutely. Any relationship I have, I’m gonna want my sister’s approval.
“And the crazy thing to me is, like, that’s getting blown out of proportion. If you watch every other participant or cast member that goes through this process, family is a huge thing for them.
“For some reason, everyone’s just pointing at me and my sister. But everyone throughout this show has said how important family is to them, and getting their approval as well. So, I don’t get why it’s just being pointed at me.”
