It turns out there were not one but two axed engagements from Love Is Blind this season, with one of the couples still being together whereas the other engagement remained unaired for a shocking reason.
This was confirmed during an interview with Variety, one of the producers of Love Is Blind season eight confirmed that there were two engagements which happened on the show that weren’t followed.
Right, so let’s have a look into the two couples who got secretly engaged on the show, and all the insane unaired drama that’s been going between them.
The first of the axed engagements on Love Is Blind features Kylie and Brian, who genuinely look so wholesome together and I’m really sad we didn’t get to see their story play out on the show.

Kylie is a 28-year-old medical student who explained she was on the show “to find my husband.”
Faith is hugely important to her, as she told Tudum: “I am a very religious person, so I’m looking for somebody who [also] has those traditions and is willing to share them with me and raise a family.”
As for Brian, he’s a 30-year-old wine bar owner whose deal breaker is a woman “with poor hygiene.” Looks like Kylie thoroughly passed that test then.
Despite theirs being one of the engagements not shown on Love Is Blind season eight, Kylie and Brian shared some very sweet pictures of them celebrating saying yes.
Kylie captioned the post: “From the pods to reality—what a journey! Grateful for every moment, every lesson, and everyone I met along the way. Love Is Blind—you were a wild, unforgettable ride.”
Another one of the engagements we didn’t get to see on Love Is Blind was Brittany and Mo Ndiaye who, according to @StorytimeWithRikki, got engaged after leaving the pods.
Whilst they didn’t go on the honeymoon trip they continued to date. However, there’s quite a lot of drama surrounding this pair and their relationship.
According to a source, Rikki claimed that Mo hadn’t dated a black woman before and “said he wouldn’t be able to ‘get there’ with a Black woman,” leading Brittany to call off their Love Is Blind engagement.
@storytimewithrikkii Did you know that our girl B Dot, Brittany on Love Is Blind Season 8 actually got engaged to another cast member this season. 👀💍 BUT The storyline was cut and we didn’t see it. She is one of TWO couples that actually got engaged this season but wasn’t shown. For the other couple reveal check out @Reality Receipts Podcast newest clip! Whilst Brittany hasn’t commented on the claims yet, Mo reposted the TikTok on his story alongside laughing emojis.
As for why Netflix decided to cut out their engagement, Rikkii made some claims whilst appearing on the Reality Receipts Podcast.
According to Rikkii, Mo “was a little problematic” whilst in the pods, something that Mo denied in the comments. He clapped back: “Problematic? And who ended what?”
Fellow Love Is Blind cast member Molly then responded to Mo, writing: “Oh, you don’t remember the problematic things you said? …That’s crazy since you were telling me weeks ago how bad you felt about them.”
She also questioned his claims that he was the one who broke off the engagement, adding: “If we’re going to get into semantics about the break up I have A LOT to say about that too so don’t even try it.”

However, Mo pushed back on her comments, saying: “She gave up our honeymoon spot? So someone else could go… What?!
“Was problematic to production so they cut all his scenes? Huh?!… That is all news to me.”
He added: “As far as who broke up with who… Well I’ll leave that one alone no need to go there. Everybody got their side but I know my truth. I am glad you have A LOT to say about me and my own experience though.”
Who knew so many axed Love Is Blind engagements could cause so much drama?!
