Everyone’s really confused about Kim Kardashian supporting Donald Trump, so we debunked it
Kim Kardashian’s political views are one thing, but going from supporting to Joe Biden to doing a total 180 and now supporting Donald Trump’s inauguration has everyone totally confused.
She decided to post a photo of Melania Trump on Instagram a day before Donald Trump’s inauguration. The bold move seemed to solidify who Kim Kardashian supports – and we’ve debunked it all.

Kim Kardashian supports Donald Trump
Kim has supported Donald Trump on his inauguration day by posting a photo of his wife, Melania, wearing a large hat. The photo didn’t come with a caption, but was shared to Kim’s Instagram Story.
She’s been invited to the White House when Trump was a president previously, and became good friends with both him and Melania. Last year, she wished Melania’s daughter a happy birthday!
Trump and Kim had an important conversation about prison form when he was the president, and he even let people out of jail he felt were “deserving to be let out” afterwards.
Kim is friends with a lot of Trump supporters, such as Lauren Sanchez, and Melania. But everyone’s super confused, because she didn’t publicly endorse a candidate during the presidential election in November.
She snubbed Trump by supporting his opposition
In 2019, Kim received Trump’s support over her thoughts on prison reform. He invited the reality star over, but later felt “wounded” by her snubbing him when she supported former president, Joe Biden.
She went on social media after Joe Biden was declared the winner in 2020 and posted three heart emojis on to support the Biden-Harris administration, which has since come to an end after the reelection.
CNN played a recording from an interview author Ramin Setoodeh done with Trump. He is heard saying, “I was disappointed in Kim. I did a lot of prison reform that she couldn’t get done with anybody else.”
“He was fixated on that in the early days after he left the White House,” Ramin added. However, it seems Kim is showing her support for him again in her recent post, despite supporting his opposition previously.
