The Real Housewives of Orange County star cried as she opened up about driving into a house while drinking. As Shannon Beador is slammed with insults from the likes of Tamra Judge, fans have her back.
Shannon Beador charged with DUI
Shannon Beador was charged with a DUI after she drove into a house drunk. In September 2023, she was charged with hit-and-run and driving under the influence while being three times over the legal limit.
“John ended up calling her right before we left, and Shannon did something, and he said ‘All gloves are off’ and they’re going to release these videos of Shannon,” Katie Ginella told Emily Simpson.
She added: “There’s Ring footage cameras of her almost running over his daughter. She kept saying, ‘If we release this, she’s done, her reputation gets completely done.'”
RHOC star ‘bares soul’ over crash
Shannon has been apologizing to her daughters for being charged with a DUI on RHOC. Since finding out about John potentially releasing the video, she said, “He’s a monster,” through tears.
She told her children in an earlier episode, “I got in an accident seconds later, because I revved up the engine so he could know how mad I was, and I lost control of the car immediately.”
“Never broken a bone, I’ve never had a concussion, I’ve never been in an accident, I’ve never been arrested, never had a DUI, and I did all that in 10 seconds,” a remorseful Beador added.
Bravo fans defend Beador’s past
RHOC fans are defending Shannon as she’s slammed for being hit with a DUI. When co-star, Tamra Judge, reminded her how she “drove into a house,” Beador was applauded for walking away “mindfully”.
One viewer said, “We must defend Shannon #RHOC,” while another penned, “‘You guys don’t understand how overwhelmed I am with love right now’. I love all the support Shannon is getting.”
A fellow fan said, “The way T*mra & Al*xis have made me root for the girl who drove drunk and crashed, WITH HER DOG IN THE CAR, is truly something to be pondered.”
