Despite being the envy of perfectionists all over the globe, some critics are baffled by a sneak peek at Khloé’s pantry this summer.
While Kim Kardashian is branding herself as the workaholic of the family, Kourtney is momma of all things matcha, and Khloé Kardashian is the go-to gal for home organization, and fitness, of course. The Kardashians star’s mom, Kris Jenner, even roped in an OCD specialist to help out her daughter, given her penchant for all things super-neat.
Critics cringe at Khloé Kardashian’s pantry
When it’s not Khloé’s appearance being commented on by critics, it seems her relationship is the next go-to. Failing that, fans are now taking to a Reddit thread to tear the star’s pantry apart.
Who would have thought some stacked shelves would set people off? But, KoKo has done just that this August with her specially organized kitchen cupboards.
In all fairness, the thread’s creator was actually sharing how they’re here for Khloé’s kitchen space, sharing a snap and writing: “Girl has the best pantry ever! So insanely well organized.”
However, fans diminished in the comments, and critics weighed in on the Hulu star.
Some say the pantry is a signifier of Khloé’s riches, while more question why she’d need so much food.
One commented: “Looks like a modest grocery store,” and more agree, going as far as saying it “looks like low-key hoarding.”
Another writes that the pantry is just one of KoKo’s pastimes: “I remember her organizing one of the other’s pantries years ago, just because she enjoyed it so much. I wish I could love something like this!!”
When one fan asked what people think about how Khloé restocks the foods, another replied: “…probably barely even walks into this pantry.”
More say the amount of food they can see is “…definitely too much for a family of three.”
KoKo’s pantry ‘makes sense’
Some people appear upset by the amount of food displayed in Khloé’s pantry, writing: “It’s all for show, she is never going to eat all this, such a waste,” and “Greed is an awful thing to see.”
However, others find ways the snack jars, boxes of treats, and carefully labeled goodies “make sense.”
One says on the thread: “… If the staff and friends and other visitors help themselves, it makes more sense, though.”
More comment: “Khloe is the only Kardashian where this makes sense [in my opinion]. She seems to always have a house full of everyone’s kids from the family/friend group.”
Another writes: “On top of the kids, they no doubt have a good number of employees that work at the house regularly: multiple nannies for each kid, housekeepers, chefs, house manager, assistants, agents, etc.”
A fan makes a valid point that applies to all the Kar-Jenners on the Reddit post: “I guess because they can’t go to a grocery store, they just recreated it at home.”
Back in May, Reality Tidbit caught up with Kendall Jenner’s former bodyguard, Simon Newton. He told us how he could see a downside of fame when people like the Kardashians can’t even go to a shop like a non-famous person:
“I can imagine some days you wake up and think ‘I just want to go to the shop and buy a bottle of milk in my pajamas’, but you can’t.”
Maybe that’s a reason Khloé appears to have a mini “grocery store” at home.
