Nona and Kei on Love Deadline
Nona and Kei had a difficult Love Deadline journey. One twist was when Kei choseĀ to ask Anna Tsumara on a date to get to know more about the other girls, having become unsure about what Nona wanted.
When the two got the chance to talk to each other one-on-one following the group outing on the beach, they realized just how much they had in common, such as their future family plans.
Despite some interruptions, such as Nona asking Takuya āOkapiā Okane for a date, and Kei dating Sayuri āSayuā Fujita, Love Deadline’s Kei and Nona managed to find their way back to one another,
They made history on Netflix series
Nona and Kei were open, with her confessing she often felt worried when things started to get serious between her and a potential partner, which might be why she was pulling away from him.
They pushed through their fears, and even spent a romantic night together in a lodge in Nasu, Japan. By the end of the season, they became the only season 1 couple on Love Deadline to get engaged.
She made it adamant she wanted to get married by the end of January! However, the two are currently happily engaged for now, but fans are hopeful they’ll tie the knot soon.
Where Love Deadline couple is now
Nona and Kei are still in a relationship, and have made the cutest moves in their partnership. They didn’t get married by the January deadline set by Nona, but they have lived together for over three months!
The couple also seems to own a cat together. In November 2023, they renewed their promise of engagement, when Kei got down on one knee to present Nona with a ring.
Kei even has an entire Instagram highlight dedicated to his new fiancee! The two continue to follow each other on social media, with Nona sharing a heartfelt post on Valentineās Day and her birthday.
