‘In an amazing place’: Inside wholesome life Ariana Grande is now enjoying away from the public

Ariana Grande appears to be living a totally different and more peaceful life now, having made the difficult decision to step away from the public eye following relentless scrutiny. 

Pictures and videos from her gigs are always going viral, with people commenting about her appearance. Following the release of the music video for petal, this conversation returned. 

Last month, it was then announced that Ariana would be taking a break following the Eternal Sunshine tour, with her rep confirming she was “taking a much-deserved break from public-facing work and appearances, which has led to endless, ongoing public scrutiny.”

Now, Ariana is said to be enjoying a quiet life in LA, after rekindling her romance with Ricky Alvarez. She’s taking all her time for herself, and it all sounds very wholesome. 

“Ariana is doing great,” a source told Page Six. “She’s in an amazing place. She’s really happy.” They said she is  “laying low” in LA and “enjoying her downtime.”

Apparently Ari is getting into spooky season, as the source added: “Ricky’s family is there and she loves Halloween things, so she’s getting into the season.” Why can I picture her in an oversized jumper, decorating her home with pumpkins and watching Gilmore Girls? I love this for her. 

Ari was last seen last week, again getting into the season, enjoying a day out at Universal Studios Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights. She and Ricky seemed happy, and were pictured kissing. 

According to further sources, having Ricky around has helped Ariana feel “instantly calmer” amid the huge change in her life. “They have so much history, it’s just very easy,” a source said, as per Star. “And she says the moment he stepped back into her life she instantly felt calmer.”

They added: “Ariana says she’s trying not to get ahead of herself. But in some ways, she does feel like fate could be giving them a second chance for a reason.”

Ari won’t be away forever, though. As the release of Focker-In-Law, the latest of the Meet the Parents films, draws closer, Page Six has reported she is planning on getting back to work to promote her latest project.

“She is planning on doing press for Focker-In-Law and supporting the film this fall,” the source confirmed. The film’s UK release is set for November 25th.
