Olivia Rodrigo and Kimi Antonelli aren’t dating, despite what that viral video suggests

Olivia Rodrigo and F1 driver Kimi Antonelli have found themselves at the centre of a new dating rumour, after a blurry video from one of the singer’s concerts.

The clip was posted to X, with people convinced they had spotted the Mercedes driver in the crowd. One video of Olivia at her concert was captioned: “But what the HELL is Kimi Antonelli doing at Olivia Rodrigo’s concert”.

There is, however, one fairly important detail: It isn’t actually Kimi in the video. Although the person does admittedly look a bit like the 19-year-old F1 driver, it appears to be a case of mistaken identity.

Kimi did attend one of Olivia’s concerts, but there is no indication that his appearance was anything more than a fan going to see the singer perform.

Olivia was nominated for multiple awards at the 2026 VMAs on Sunday night, but she did not attend the ceremony. Her absence comes as she continues her tour, with back-to-back shows scheduled for 29th and 30th of September in Pittsburgh. 

More recently, Olivia has been linked to Julian Croonenberghs, a private equity associate and financial professional based in New York. Before she was linked to Julian, Olivia was in a relationship with British actor Louis Partridge. The pair reportedly started dating in October 2023 and were together for more than two years before reportedly splitting towards the end of 2025.

Kimi, meanwhile, was previously in a relationship with Czech karting driver and social media influencer Eliska Babickova. They had reportedly been together for around two years before Babickova confirmed their breakup in February 2026.

While Kimi really did attend an Olivia Rodrigo concert, the person at the centre of the viral video isn’t him, meaning the latest dating speculation appears to have started with a pretty convincing lookalike.
