The one thing that really rattles Inside the Manosphere’s controversial streamer Ed Matthews
He can’t laugh this one off
Inside the Manosphere’s Ed Matthews might like to act unbothered online, but his latest livestream was giving… very much bothered.

Netflix
People tuning into his Kick stream on Sunday were met with a slightly chaotic scene: Ed, 23, in Miami, looking a bit worse for wear, hobbling around on crutches and trying to keep things light.
The timing wasn’t exactly ideal. Just hours earlier, his ex, Elsa Rae, had announced she’s expecting a baby with her new boyfriend, Marcus John, who she met on Big Brother roughly five minutes ago (okay, six months, but still).
Ed, who shot to fame through livestream antics and “content” alongside people like Harrison Sullivan (aka HSTikkyTokky), has never exactly been known for keeping things low-key. From “chatting up” girls on stream to filming so-called “predator stings” where he confronts and humiliates people he accuses of serious crimes, his online persona thrives on reaction. In Louis Theroux’s recent documentary, he even proudly showed off clips of forcing targets to eat pet food, describing it as “worse than jail”.
When the comments started flooding in about Elsa’s baby news, it was kind of inevitable things would get awkward.

At first, Ed tried to play it cool. Laughing it off, he told the stream, “I’m happy for her,” which wasn’t very convincing at all. One commenter didn’t hold back, writing: “I know you are getting quite a bit of s***, I know you are upset. We know you are hurting.”
Joined on stream by fellow influencer Clavicular (real name Braden Eric Peters), Ed attempted to brush things off again. But when Clav asked, “Are you not the father?”, yeah, that didn’t exactly help.
The whole “I don’t care” act started slipping pretty quickly. After initially laughing, Ed snapped back at viewers: “I’m not. I don’t give a f***, it has been so long.” Which, for someone who definitely isn’t bothered, felt… very emphatic.
For context, Ed and Elsa’s relationship was anything but quiet. The pair dated on and off for years after getting together when she was 16 and he was 18, with much of their drama playing out online for thousands to watch. They finally split for good in July 2025, amid cheating allegations and disagreements over Elsa’s appearance on Big Brother.

In fact, Ed later admitted he cheated after she told him she wanted to go on the show. In a video at the time, he said: “I don’t want you to do that”, before adding: “that’s when I cheated. I was like, I’m going to get sucky now.” Not exactly a fairytale ending.
Fast forward to now, and Elsa, 22, has moved on with Marcus, and the pair have already announced they’re expecting their first child together. Meanwhile, Ed is livestreaming from Miami insisting he’s totally fine, actually, while thousands of people spam his chat about it.
