Brace yourselves! These are the biggest transformations from the cast of MAFS UK 2025

The cast of MAFS UK 2025 have had huge transformations over the years. The brides and grooms we’re currently seeing on the experiment have had huge glows up to be the people we’re watching on TV each night.

Some have been open about cosmetic work they’ve had in the past, whilst others have shared in-depth posts about body image and their confidence.

Here are the biggest transformations had by the bride and groom cast of MAFS UK 2025. They all look amazing.

Leah

In her old photos from before MAFS, Leah looks totally different. It’s been rumoured she may have had some fillers, and her teeth are perfect. Before MAFS, Leah used to rock brown hair and had a totally different vibe to the girlboss blonde we’re seeing now.

Maeve

Maeve literally works in aesthetics, so are we surprised she’s had a glow up? Her entire vibe has changed over the years. She has loads of old photos still up on her Instagram, and they show her much younger, with blonde hair and rocking old trends, just like the rest of us.

It looks as though she may have had her lips done in the past, but it’s unclear if she’s had any other cosmetic procedures. Given her line of work, it probably wouldn’t come as much of a surprise if she had.

Dean spoke a lot when he was on the show about how much his appearance has changed over the years. “When I was younger, I never really got the attention of many girls because I wasn’t that sexy guy. Dating was non-existent and I always got cast off into the friend zone. I think I got up to 22 stone and it’s like ‘Oh mad okay I need to kind of change’. And I wanted to get girls interested,” he said.

“I managed to actually lose about nine stone and it added pressure to stay looking that way and completely change the way I was. My friends called it ‘arrogant Dean’. And then I started to put the weight back on again but I was finding myself again. I was more confident in who I was.”

Davide

Davide’s is also one of the MAFS UK 2025 transformations that has been spoken about by the groom himself. “For a long time, I didn’t feel fully comfortable in my own body. I would pick myself apart, hide behind clothes, or avoid situations where I felt exposed,” he said on Instagram. “Stepping onto a platform like MAFS UK pushed me right out of my comfort zone not just in front of the cameras, but in front of myself, the entire nation and my husband.

“I have learnt on this journey is that confidence isn’t about being ‘perfect,’ it’s about being real. It’s about standing in your truth, flaws and all, and saying: this is me and that’s enough. And while this chapter has been about building self-confidence brick by brick. Having someone by my side who makes me feel safe, wanted, and celebrated for exactly who I am helped me lean into that growth even more. A reminder that the parts of myself I once doubted are worthy of love and acceptance.

Leisha

Leisha has opened up about what work she had done before the show, so her change is quite apparent. Leisha’s aesthetician shared a post on her Instagram page which reveals all the surgery she’s had done to her face.

She’s had fillers in her cheeks, chin, temples, jaw and lips, as well as skin boosters, polynucleotides and Secret Duo laser to keep her skin plump and glowy. The aesthetician added that all of these was right ahead of her time on the show.

Sarah

Sarah’s is one of those transformations where you actually have to look twice – I didn’t even recognise this as the same woman we’ve seen on MAFS UK 2025. In old photos on Instagram, Sarah can be seen hanging out with mates back in 2018. Sarah is 31 now, so these were likely taken when she was in her mid-20s. In the photos, Sarah has brown hair which is wild to see.

Abi

Guys, Abi is a bodybuilder?! The pictures of her competing are absolutely incredible. She looks so different, but so fab. She has shared loads of pictures of her bodybuilding on Instagram.

MAFS groom Steven is 34, and from Essex. Ahead of the show, he had been single for over a year. In throwback pics he’s rocking blonde hair, and looks loads younger – of course. Bring back the blonde, I say.
