It’s all kicking off with MAFS’ Leigh, Leah and Rebecca, and they’re fully fighting on TikTok

We might be barrelling our way through MAFS UK season 10, but Leigh and Leah are STILL fighting about the latter’s “type”, which may or may not be fellow bride Rebecca.

Right, it’s best if we start at the beginning. As you’ll no doubt remember, Leah and Leigh did not get off to a great start in MAFS UK. The infamous “spark” just wasn’t there, and while Leah boasted self-proclaimed “masculine energy”, that wasn’t sufficient for masc-loving Leigh. Things only grew more insufferable from there, and after Leah confessed that her usual type is a “gym girl” with brown hair, Leigh outright asked whether Rebecca was her type.

That moment came during the first dinner party, and while I thought the type argument was packed away and done, it kicked off AGAIN following Sunday night’s episode.

In a post that has since been deleted, yet reshared on TikTok by Shaugna Paige, Leigh posted the conversation between Rebecca, Sarah, and Leah. She edited the clip in slow motion to emphasise “Rebecca’s more my type”, which was a major talking point at her and Leah’s friends and family get together.

Still following? Yeah, me neither, but here’s what Rebecca and Leah clapped back with in the comments.

In the comments, Leah sounded as exhausted as the rest of us as she argued that Leigh was the one to start the battle of types and drag Rebecca into it.

She clapped back at her wife with: “You asked me a direct question at the FIRST dinner party, this wasn’t shown. You asked if Rebecca was more my type, looks-wise (before I’d even spoken to her). Which I replied yes. I gave you a direct answer. You asking that question at the first dinner party was the whole reason this was ever brought up. I didn’t volunteer that information.”

If that wasn’t brutal enough, Rebecca soon offered her two cents.

“This isn’t cool. Leah never said I was her type until you asked her, directly at the first dinner party. That’s what I’m referring to in that clip. In your apartment with your friends, Leah is referring to the conversation at the pub. Someone else brought it up and she said ‘Yes, brunette gym girls are more my type’,” she said.

Now I know why Leigh deleted the post from both her Instagram and TikTok. Many took the beef as proof that Leigh and Leah are no longer together, but time will tell.

The Tab requested a comment from Channel 4, and it responded: “Viewers of Married at First Sight will be able to see the relationships as they develop on the show. Tune in tonight at nine pm on E4.”
