Bonnie Blue rocks up to an empty Cambridge, two weeks before Freshers’ even starts

With no students in sight, the ‘Bang Bus’ had to entertain itself

Bonnie Blue visited Cambridge for two nights this week on her “barely legal” Freshers’ Week tour, even though most uni students aren’t arriving till October.

The “Bang Bus” drove round the city on Tuesday (23rd) and Wednesday (24th), trying to hunt down freshers that weren’t actually there. Bonnie had even pencilled two nights in the diary for Cambridge, clearly thinking it was one of the cities that warranted an extra stay.

But, unlike in Nottingham, which also saw the Bang Bus prowling the streets two evenings on the trot, the roads looked, um, empty.

Cambridge actually appears so deserted that the Bang Bus decides to show off its prowess with a few drifts and a cheeky flash of the headlights. Apparently, as one TikTok video shows, this was all while driving “the wrong way down a one-way street”.

Bonnie is later seen flanked by security as she walks past a fairly unanimated huddle of students, phones pointed in the OnlyFans star’s direction. Similar sights were seen in Oxford, as Bonnie also arrived way before the freshers did.

This is the full list of cities the Bang Bus has visited so far

Glasgow – Saturday 13th September

Newcastle – Sunday 14th September

Lincoln – Tuesday 16th September

Leeds – Wednesday 17th September

Sheffield – Thursday 18th September

Nottingham – Friday 19th and Saturday 20th September

Oxford – Sunday 21st and Monday 22nd September

Cambridge – Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th September

Lackluster farewells for the Bang Bus

The only stop left on Bonnie’s pilgrimage now is London, which will see her head to the country’s capital tonight (Thursday 25th September).

It doesn’t seem like anyone was too sad to see the Bang Bus depart though. As opposed to in Leeds, Newcastle, and Notts, where students sprinted down the road screaming her name like it was the last thing they’d ever do, the bus appeared to disappear with little more than a side glance from passers by.

It’s a far cry from the chaotic footage at other cities, with Bonnie swarmed by freshers in clubs. Over in Sheffield, a student even allegedly “slapped” Bonnie, and a guy in Lincoln was so keen to meet her he kicked off about missing the OnlyFans star – despite driving 40 miles to the wrong location.

Although, granted, one TikTok user did attest to “what a motive this was”, in the comments of a Cambridge Bang Bus video, accompanied by five crying laughing emojis.

While Bonnie isn’t necessarily known for her stand-up comedy skills, the event clearly made someone’s night, though I’m not sure she’ll be making a return trip anytime soon.
