
A whole year on: Everything that’s happened since Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury’s split
They each spent their birthdays together this year too
Tommy and Molly-Mae’s split rocked the nation – it’s been likened to the modern day Diana and Charles. Somehow a whole year has passed since the announcement that the ex-Love Islanders parted ways and now, two documentaries later, there seems to be hope for them yet.
Explaining that they’d be parting ways via social media on August 14th last year, Molly asked for privacy and explained the two would be co-parenting their daughter Bambi, who remained their top priority.
It’s been a hectic 12 months since then – here’s everything that’s happened since Molly-Mae and Tommy’s split.
August 2024: Rumours circulated about their split
Immediately after the break up, cheating rumours circulated which were later denied and quashed when Tommy published a memoir. Molly declined to elaborate the reason for the end of their five year relationship and one year engagement at the time, citing respect for their privacy and for Bambi.
Not only did the split mean the end of their engagement, but it also shelved plans for a three part Amazon series documenting their home life and wedding preparations.
September: Maebe launches
After teasing something big and new, Molly-Mae announced her new clothing brand Maebe, hosting a pop up shop in Covent Garden to allow fans to preview the collection ahead of its online release.
The initial drop sold out within 24 minutes of launch, however buyers had mixed reviews on items after receiving them in the post.
New Year’s Eve 2024: Molly and Tommy kiss at a party
The pair were reportedly spotted kissing at a New Year’s Eve party last year, with an alleged photo being widely circulated online following their recent break up.
January 2025: Molly-Mae releases a documentary addressing the split

Molly-Mae: Behind it All was released on January 17th, a documentary which explored her transition from an influencer to CEO of her own brand, Maebe. It also followed her struggles as a new mum and with public scrutiny and online criticism both following her break up but also more broadly.
The series also discussed everything that happened since Molly-Mae and Tommy’s split, including their attempts to rekindle their bond and co-parent Bambi.
Valentine’s Day 2025: The pair take a trip together
Molly and Tommy went on a Valentine’s getaway together to Estelle Manor, a spa and country house hotel in Oxfordshire which is reported to cost around £600 per night. Tommy was seen pulling up to Molly‑Mae’s lavish £3.5 million house in Cheshire and they left Bambi with a babysitter to enjoy quality time together.
March 2025: Family holiday to Dubai
The family of three took a trip to Dubai together, with both Tommy and Molly posting photos of the trip each with Bambi.
This trip fuelled speculation that their relationship may be back on, but nothing was confirmed by either.
April 2025: City break to Budapest
Tommy travelled to Budapest for boxing training ahead of a fight in May fight, with Molly choosing to join him for a weekend trip. Although no photos were posted of the two of them, followers were able to put the pieces together online.
May 2025: Second part of Molly’s docuseries is released
In the second half of Molly Mae: Behind it All, the influencer confirmed that they were back together, noting Tommy had been sober for four months. This was considered a big turning point, with hints of reconciliation in the future.
May 2025: Molly turns 26 abroad with Tommy and Bambi
Celebrating her 26th birthday, Molly went to Disneyland Paris with Tommy and her friend, Tayle-Blue, alongside their children. Molly posted a photo with Tommy from Disneyland, with a balloon obscuring part of their faces.
August 2025: Tommy Fury releases a documentary
Released on august 9th, Tommy: The Good. The Bad. The Fury. was released by BBC Three, which detailed his struggles with alcoholism and the breakdown of their relationship. Speaking candidly, Tommy detailed how injury affected his mental health, as well as how he turned to alcohol during his relationship with Molly.
The series also tracks his move back to boxing, getting back into fitness and sobriety.
August 2025: Molly not spotted at Tommy’s documentary premiere in Manchester
People questioned why Molly didn’t attend Tommy’s premiere in Manchester this month, however sources claimed she chose to stay away intentionally so as not to “overshadow” Tommy. They also alleged she was keeping away from the media due to personal issues at the time, and a friend mentioned she was busy working and on holiday with her best friend Tayla‑Blue and their children at the time.
