Shocking new details reveal Emilie Kiser had only just gone out when son Trigg drowned

A police report shares the full timeline

A new police report has revealed even more details about Emilie Kiser’s son’s tragic death, including how long she had been out when he tragically drowned.

Three-year-old Trigg drowned in their garden swimming pool on 12th May while being looked after by his dad Brady, and died in hospital six days later.

We previously knew that the influencer was out with friends at the time, and her husband said he got distracted by their newborn and lost sight of Trigg for three to five minutes.

A new police report now reveals that Emilie Kiser left to go to a taco restaurant at 6.10pm, and got a call to say that Trigg had passed away just over 20 minutes later.

“Emilie left to meet friends at a ‘taco place’ about 20 minutes from their house. She remembers arriving at the restaurant at 6.32pm because she was ‘a couple minutes late’,” the report says.

“Brady called her and was ‘inconsolable’ but told her ‘I needed to come home, and that [Trigg] had fallen into the pool’. Emilie immediately left, and her friend drove her to Chandler Regional Medical Center.”

The report reveals the toddler was in the garden alone for nine minutes from 18.29pm until 18.39pm. He was in the water for seven of those minutes, from 18.32pm until 18.39pm.

That means Trigg fell into the pool at the same time that Emilie arrived at the restaurant, just 22 minutes after she left their Arizona home.

After officers performed CPR at the scene and “got him stable,” emergency services took the three-year-old to Phoenix Children’s Hospital via helicopter, and Emilie was the one who went with him.

“I was home alone, I had both kids, and so I knew I needed to obviously be tending on both of them, so wasn’t ever out of my sight for long,” Brady said.

He claimed he only lost sight of Trigg for a “moment” while feeding his newborn and “immediately saw him in the pool”. However, his statement doesn’t match what was seen on CCTV footage.
