Influencer Emilie Kiser reportedly wasn’t at home when her son sadly drowned in the pool

She has filed another lawsuit concerning his death

Emilie Kiser was reportedly not at home when her three-year-old son tragically drowned in the swimming pool.

Trigg Chapman Kiser was found unconscious on 12th May after an “accidental drowning”. He sadly died on 18th May.

A source told People that Emilie wasn’t at the family home in Chandler, Arizona when Trigg sadly drowned in the pool in the garden. According to Emilie’s lawsuit against the Arizona officials, she also hasn’t watched video footage of the incident which would “presumably reveal graphic, distressing, and intimate details of Trigg’s death.”

Emilie Kiser’s legal complaint said that neither she nor her lawyers had been able to view investigative records including security camera footage of the accidental drowning, footage from body cameras, photos from the scene, a recording of the phone call to the emergency services, and autopsy photos. The document states Emilie doesn’t want to ever look at these records, as “upon information and belief, the records, particularly the security camera
footage of the accidental drowning, are exceptionally raw and graphic.”

The source told People that Emilie wanted the stop the video footage from being made public, so she won’t “relive the aftermath through viral” videos. The source said: “With her motion, Emilie Kiser is urging the court to keep private the footage and records related to her young son’s death – a deeply personal, and reasonable, plea to prevent the public release of the most traumatic moment of her life.”

Emilie filed a lawsuit on 27th May to block the release of these records. The document said people have made more than 100 public record requests to view these videos and documents. Emilie has also filed a personal declaration about her trauma. The court has decided to keep this declaration sealed. They also gave her temporary confidentiality in regard to the larger privacy request.
