Ranked: These are the 10 most expensive houses Omaze has ever given away
Surprisingly, most of them aren’t in London
Omaze’s Million Pound House Draw is truly the giveaway of Rightmove sleuths’ dreams. The company continuously gives away incredible properties with a portion of ticket profits going to charity, changing lives one house at a time.
It’s given away 37 houses, with the average being worth £3 million, but which giveaways were the most pricey?
Let’s take a look.
10. Scotland II House 2025 – £4 million

via Omaze
The 10th most expensive house on the list, this property nestled in Perthshire was valued at £4 million when it was given away earlier this year.
Won by Patricia Moule from Southampton, this home is situated on a lochside, and has four substantial bedrooms.
Patricia says she spent £25 on the draw, adding: “I made myself a nice gin and tonic to celebrate, but a stiff scotch would’ve probably been more appropriate.”
The property features a courtyard, all-weather tennis court, and £160,000 worth of furnishings.
9. Bath House 2025 – £4 million

via Omaze
Another property given away by Omaze worth £4 million is this stunning Tudor home in Bath.
Situated on the River Avon, the home has six bedrooms, as well as sweeping, manicured gardens. It is also only a short three mile ride away to Bath, giving it a secluded yet accessible location.
The giveaway winner, Paul, said he found out about his win whilst he was sat on the toilet: “When I got a message from Omaze, I was actually sitting on the toilet at work reading about a lost lottery ticket thinking that it would be just my luck – but how wrong was I!?

“As I was at work, I had to take an early break to nip out and meet the Omaze team to find out exactly what I’d won – but it was well worth skiving off for an hour.”
8. Lake District III House 2024 – £4 million

via Omaze
Our final home worth £4 million is in the Lake District. It consists of four bedrooms, a bespoke kitchen, and stunning views of Old Man of Coniston.
Of course, for this price tag the property also houses a spa where you can find a rainfall shower, Himalayan salt wall, therapy table, gym, and a hot tub on the terrace.
Speaking about the home, prize draw winner Hannah said: “For the first time in my life, I am entirely lost for words.
“We all imagine situations like this and the impact it would have on our lives and how graciously and eloquently we would accept the prize, but realistically, my brain has failed on every level to find the correct terms.
“This means so much to our family – the comfort and stability, the investment and security… I am utterly speechless!”
7. London V House 2025 – £4.5 million

via Omaze
One of three London properties on our most expensive Omaze houses list, this home is the company’s most recent giveaway.
Situated a stone’s throw from The Shard, this mammoth home has 3,000 square feet of space, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms split across five floors.
The garden was designed by Chelsea Flower Show Gold winners, and the home also came with £150,000 worth of furniture.
This giveaway in turn raised over £1,000,000 for The King’s Trust, a charity which works to help disadvantaged children in the UK.
6. Cornwall IV House 2024 – £4.5 million

via Omaze
Heading down to the coast, we have this stunning property which sits atop a cliff near Falmouth.
Featuring four bedrooms and breathtaking views, owners could earn up to £5,000 per month through renting out this house.
Lisa from Merseyside was the winner of this property, and explained she was in “utter disbelief” when she heard the news, adding: “The first thing that ran through my mind was that we didn’t have any champagne to celebrate with.”
5. Norfolk House 2023 – £4.5 million

via Omaze
This ultra modern, coastal home boasts a cinema, gym, heated outdoor pool, and stunning countryside views.
Won by ex-paratrooper Daren, he made the rare choice of moving into the home, as opposed to selling or renting it out. He explained he’d been waiting for the perfect time to move in with his partner, and this gave them the opportunity to take that step in their relationship.
The couple has since added solar cells to the property, as well as beehives and a vegetable patch to the garden. Daren also noted that he’ll be moving in his 84-year-old dad once he decides to retire.
4. Cornwall House 2023 – £4.5 million

via Omaze
The second Cornish property on our most expensive Omaze houses list, is this home based in Fowey.
The house features views of the estuary, a cinema room, a gym, as well as direct access to the water below.
However, winner June Smith said you couldn’t pay her to move in there, telling the Daily Mail: “It’d be like living in a goldfish bowl. It has stunning views of Fowey and the estuary, but that goes both ways.”
Although, before selling the home, June did explain that she spent one family holiday there, and told Omaze that it was a “magical holiday that we’ll remember forever”.
3. London IV House 2024 – £5 million

via Omaze
Situated near Victoria Park, this newly renovated home has four bedrooms, a feature staircase, and ample open plan living.
Boasting 4,700 square feet, it also has a gym, games room, and spa.
Given away in support of London Air Ambulance, the property combines Victorian architecture with a modern redesign.
2. London III House 2024 – £5 million

via Omaze
Our second property worth £5 million is a terraced house in Chelsea.
Based on Ovington Street, this Grade II listed home had been recently renovated and features a private garden.
Giveaway winner Odelle, from Barking, decided to sell up the three bed property, saying: “We’ve decided to cash in and move a bit closer to our friends and family – and also release the huge amount of money from the sale so we can help our loved ones and enjoy the rest our lives worry free.”
1. Norfolk II House 2025 – £6 million

via Omaze
My personal favourite out of the most expensive Omaze houses is this grand home which features a veranda, swimming pool, tennis court, and a separate three bedroom wing.
Situated in the countryside, near the coast, this property was inspired by homes in The Hamptons.
However, it has recently been investigated for breaching planning regulations but the local council has confirmed it will not be taking formal action against Omaze or the owners.
Omaze has spoken out on the issue before, saying: “Omaze reiterates that it guarantees no house winner would ever have to incur any costs whatsoever to remedy any historical planning issue.”
Bonus: Cotswold House – £5 million

via Omaze
If you’re fancying living in a super expensive home, or just fancy £5 million, then you’re in luck.
Omaze is currently hosting a giveaway for one of its most expensive houses in the Cotswolds.
As well as the main house itself, the property features a two bedroom guesthouse, as well as a heated pool and a footbridge leading to wildflower meadow and lake.
The giveaway is in support of Guide Dogs, and can be accessed here.
