The original KUWTK house has been listed, and you won’t believe how much Kris is selling it for

The iconic house on Keeping Up With The Kardashians has been put up for sale. Kris Jenner is dusting off the remains of KUWTK, where we all first met the famous family and discovered those god-awful tiles that practically created the Kardashian brand. So why not take one last look at the home we’ll no longer see on our screens?

Kris Jenner has put the original KUWTK house up for sale – and it isn’t cheap. She’s decided to list the iconic property for $21 million, even though the place has those awful black-and-white checkered flooring through the hallway and kitchen. It’s made up for with the double large stairways on either side of a middle centrepiece and the giant swimming pool in the garden.

It has six bedrooms and was bought for only $4 million in 2010, by Kris and her then-husband Caitlyn Jenner. The property is based in the Hidden Hills, where the recent Los Angeles fires were, but that’s not why it was put up for sale. Kris told the New York Times that she believes the time has come for another family to make their own memories within its walls.

“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” she said. The outlet noted that nobody is currently living in the property — and the furniture featured in the listing photos was brought in especially to fill the home while it is on the market, which can be purchased for an extra $400K.

Rob Kardashian was living at the original KUWTK house for a while, and was the last member of the family to have be there. He’s now believed to have moved in with sister Khloe Kardashian, who often looks after his daughter, Dream, and it’s not like Kris even remembers all the properties she owns thanks to her millionaire net worth.

“Here’s the thing. I have a condo, and my mum has one, and my cousin has one, and we all live nearby. I kind of forgot it was there,” Kris admitted during an episode of the The Kardashians. “That sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it?” She has purchased two other homes in Hidden Hills since purchasing her original KUWTK home.

Everyone will remember the wide-angle lens of the original iconic home, which long-time viewers say is “ugly”. One Redditor wrote, That house is so ugly but it’s so iconic. That tile floor has influenced the Kardashian brand for 10 years,” while another recalled how the place had black toilet paper throughout its bathrooms.

Not missing an opportunity to show off the family’s brands, an 818 bottle (Kendall Jenner‘s brand) was spotted in the listing’s bar area. And anyone who watched KUWTK will remember that one of those black marble bathrooms belonged to Kylie Jenner during her King Kylie era, in which she was allowed to renovate the entire room.
