There are rumours that Tom Holland and Zendaya are engaged and it’s honestly made me believe in love again. Tom Holland apparently proposed to Zendaya in a really chill and down-to-earth way at home over Christmas. The couple live together in a house in London and their home is also way more low-key than you’d expect for celebrities of their calibre. Here’s a very nosy look inside their quite laid-back home.

Tom Holland and Zendaya’s house reportedly *only* cost £2.5 million

Yes, I know £2.5 million is more money than us mortals could dream of. But considering Tom Holland is supposed to have a net worth of $25 million  (£19.9 million) and Zendaya is worth an even bigger $30 million (£23.8 million), I’d kind of expected them to sink their money into something flashier. The Daily Mail says Tom Holland bought the house a while back in 2018, but only moved in two years ago because of how long the renovation work did.

The house is semi-detached and has a big garden with a large patio. It was built in the 1850s and is super elegant.

Tom Holland is officially a London boy

The house is in the area between Kingston upon Thames and Richmond. It’s super close to where Tom Holland grew up in Kingston upon Thames. His parents and brothers still live in that area. Zendaya seems to spend most of her time there with him – the couple have been spotted nearby in Richmond Park and sightseeing at Hampton Court Palace.

According to the Daily Mail, it took six planning applications, two years and at upwards of £250,000 for Tom Holland to get the house up to standards before Zendaya moved in with him. Tom Holland added an extension to the side and an extra bedroom. He apparently also added a home gym, a cinema room and a “man cave”. The house is probably already worth over £3 million, after its glow-up.

Tom Holland seems to like navy blue paint, which is an upgrade from the boring minimalist greige colour pallette that most celebs seem to use.

Their London life sounds like peak domestic bliss. Zendaya told The Sun, “He is really good in the kitchen, which is fortunate as I am really accident-prone. We learnt early on that only one of us could be in the kitchen at a time, we are both control freaks so we can’t be in there together.”
