Emergency medics and wardrobe malfunctions: The Celebrity Big Brother drama we didn’t see

Celebrity Big Brother 2025 launched with a bang last night, with honestly one of the best casts this show has had in absolutely forever. Whether you were wowing at the sheer force of joy that is the chaotic JoJo Siwa, wowing at Danny Beard strutting in like a winner or watching in horror as Mickey Rourke harassed AJ Odudu – it was wild. But what’s even more wild is there was launch night drama on Celebrity Big Brother that we didn’t even see, which included emergency medics getting called and a wardrobe malfunction.

Here’s what we DIDN’T see last night.

Emergency medics

One of the biggest sagas of the night that didn’t air was right at the start. According to The Sun, just as the cameras started rolling, a significant issue arose when an audience member suddenly fell ill and required immediate medical assistance.

Right after the final rehearsal and just before the show was about to start, a woman collapsed near the side of the stage. Medics and security quickly responded, helping to remove her from the crowd as the opening credits began to play.

An onlooker told The Sun: “AJ and Will [Best] were both shocked as they weren’t sure what was happening. However, they continued like pros and those watching at home would have had no idea anything was wrong. It took about four guards and medical staff to help the woman up and had they not have acted quickly the incident would have been right in shot.”

Whilst most friends and families are front row watching their loved one go in, apparently Mickey Rourke got special treatment for his entourage. A source told The Sun “His friends were only brought out to see him go in the house and had a chaperone with them the whole time. All the other celebs’ families stood and watched the whole show.”

Angellica Bell pulled an accidental moonie

I’m crying at this, but living legend from CBBC Angellica Bell – who apparently is allergic to aging because she looks the exact same age she did 20 years ago – had a wardrobe malfunction. She was wearing a swishy dress and apparently when she waved she flashed her bum to the unsuspecting CBB crowd.

The Celebrity Big Brother launch night drama came once again with another malfunction. This time it was from the iconic AJ Odudu outfit, which apparently was malting the brown feathers all over the stage and Will Best’s suit. Iconic.
