Their engagement was cut, but are Kylie and Brian from Love Is Blind still together a year on?

Kylie and Brian were one of two couples who got engaged on Love Is Blind season eight but their engagement wasn’t shown. They leaked the news of their relationship on Instagram, but what people really want to know is if Kylie and Brian from Love Is Blind are still together a year after filming. Instead, we got six episodes which I mostly fell asleep through – the only thing I remember is Dave’s love for his sister.

However, since the end of the pods, Kylie and Brian announced that they did get engaged last year and had their own reveal which wasn’t televised. How adorable!

After sharing adorable pictures from their engagement on Instagram, it seemed like Kylie and Brian were still an item, but the cast are under strict rules from Netflix not to leak any spoilers until the show is over. Having said that, Kylie and Brian both did interviews with Netflix’s Tudum and shared some behind-the-scenes tidbits about their time on the show.

Are Kylie and Brian from Love Is Blind still a couple?

The answer is yes! Kylie and Brian are still happily married, which is just adorable. In the interview with Tudum, Brian said he “knew right away” that Kylie was his soulmate.

“The connection felt really effortless. We had a very similar sense of humour and everything really flowed naturally,” he said. “After we aligned on the important aspects of life, we didn’t really take things too seriously and just had fun together.”

“We definitely hit it off with the small-town connection right away,” Kylie said too. “We basically both [grew up] in the middle of nowhere, South Dakota and come from farming families.”

Brian said he never once doubted they were meant to be, and claimed that “it would’ve taken some catastrophe for us not to get out of there together.” While she wasn’t sure about not getting her father’s approval before Brian proposed, once he got down on one knee, it was of course, a yes!

However, they aren’t getting married any time soon

Kylie and Brian are very much engaged but aren’t feeling any pressure to actually get married anytime soon. “We don’t have a time constraint,” she said. “We’re just letting things happen as they do and giving ourselves space to do things at whatever pace we choose.”
