A journalist reveals what Bonnie Blue is *really* like when the cameras aren’t rolling

A journalist who met Bonnie Blue has revealed what she’s actually like, when not being recorded as part of her stunts. We only see what is almost a character of Bonnie Blue, when she’s posting videos all about whatever gross challenge she’s just been getting up to. But now, we have more insight into her true personality.

Since Bonnie Blue first began going viral with her “events” people have wondered what she really is like. Is it all for shock value? Is she just like you and I when the cameras aren’t there? Does she do everyday things otherwise?

A journalist was one of the very first people to chat to her, before she was massively well known. Writing for The Daily Star, they said they interviewed her last year, before the likes of her 1,000 guys in 12 hours stunts and so on. The interview took place in March 2024, when Bonnie had a “modest” amount of followers.

The reporter described Bonnie as “self aware” and said she was open, and chatted “like a good mate”. After the chat, Bonnie exchanged Whatsapps with the journalist, and has kept in touch afterwards. “I’d get messages and pictures at all hours,” they explained.

Speaking of Bonnie’s personality, they said: “She was so down to earth and candid, she was incredibly easy to write about. I once had a 20 minute chat with her, and I think I managed eight articles off the back of it. I called her the headline queen, because every new conversation would be another wild story.

“She was a kind-hearted individual too, I remember her checking on me after a hospital appointment once, asking if I had a good holiday another time, and even delivered on a quirky request.”

They went on to say they’ve formed a bit of a bond afterwards. Bonnie has even gone as far to credit some of her success to the reporter, as they were the first to write about a lot of what she’s gone on to do.

So, Bonnie is “kind-hearted”, “down to earth” and “a good mate”. This is a side to her I never thought I’d see!
