Just how posh and rich Love Island bombshell Chuggs *actually* is, revealed

I’m sure he’s missing his £1.2million Surrey mansion right now

Ever since he walked into the Love Island All Stars villa as a bombshell, Chuggs Wallis has been rinsed by Iain Stirling for how posh he is. He’s one of the poshest Islanders to ever been in the villa.

Chuggs, real name Oliver George Lee Wallis, was first in the Love Island 2021 villa. But, he lasted a grand total of 48hours. Now, the rugby boy is back with a point to prove. So, because we can’t stop being reminded of it, it’s time to find out just how posh he actually is.

I present to you a very thorough investigation, detailing every single part of Chuggs’ life that proves he’s a lover of the finer things. There’s a poshness score coming for you at the end. Enjoy!

Chuggs was born in Surrey, and was privately educated

Chuggs was born in Surrey, which is a great way to start this analysis of how posh he is. We’re off to a flyer!

No surprise to anyone, Chuggs went to a fancy private school in Surrey. He attended Reeds School, which is a boys school, with a mixed sixth form. It costs £11,640 per term to attend the school as a boarder. Reeds is over 200-years-old, and has taught people such as Tom Hardy and Tim Henman. Not bad!

His family home is a £1.2million mansion in Surrey

Chuggs’ family home is also in Surrey, and is a huge mansion worth £1.2million. The home is in Weybridge.

If you search Weybridge on Google, the first thing it autofills to is “Is Weybridge posh” which I think says it all. If you do Google that question, it answers “yes” with the reasoning being that the town is “known for being affluent and home to many celebrities and billionaires.”

Chuggs studied business at Brookes

Chuggs started his business and management degree at Oxford Brookes in 2016, and graduated in 2020. He got a 2:1, naturally here for a 2:1 and a good time.

He owns a bucket hat business and is a rugby boy

Does this guy want to give in to any more posh stereotypes? Chuggs is a self-confessed rugby boy, and owns a bucket hat business.

He founded “Booby Buckets” in lockdown after he had designed his own bucket hats for a pub crawl. “Whilst doing so I thought I might may as well ask the rugby boys at uni if they too would like some customised bucket hats”, he told The Tab. “I have played rugby for both Brookes Union and league 1st teams so knew the lads well. They were very keen and so I put in an order for them”.

His Instagram is very, very posh-boy coded

Chuggs’ Instagram is full of pics of him out in the country in his Land Rover, and on ski holidays. He ticks every box on the rich boy bingo card.

There’s also a reel of him wearing linen suits around St Tropez. Say less.

Overall poshness score: 9.99/10. It would only be higher if he was a literal royal or something.
