From bad to worse, these are officially the most awkward celebrity Glambots of all time
They never learn
Glambots are one of those things which seem great at the time, but in hindsight shouldn’t have been created at all. Some of them turn out alright, but it’s a gamble I will never be willing to take. Not only that, but they seem to have inspired a whole trend of bootleg Glambots at weddings, birthdays, you name it. The only thing worse than doing a Glambot is getting caught in the background of someone elses.
But for some reason, the rich and famous can’t get enough of them. Here are all the worst celebrity Glambots of all time.
Chris Olsen
At least he’s self aware. Chris’ Glambot experience has not been smooth. He’s done multiple, but not one has landed well. He knows it, even posting a video on TikTok and writing: “Am I literally allergic to the Glambit, because what is this..?”
Charli D’Amelio
She’s not a stranger to the camera, but Charlie’s Glambot was a bit stiff. It’s awkward to do it in front of so many people, although it must be nothing new to her. But the timing just felt off and the open mouth kiss was unexpected.
Andrew Garfield
Andrew gets sympathy points because he genuinely doesn’t really seem to know what he’s doing. His Glambot at the 2023 Golden Globes awards was equal parts awkward and uncoordinated, but he redeemed it at the end when he cracked up laughing. We would be embarrassed too, Andrew!
Sigourney Weaver
Genuine fear in those eyes. I’m not sure what they told her, but Sigourney was not there out of free will.
Nicholas Cage
Most Read
I’m not saying I expected much, but did he even know it was on? Nicholas’ Glambot was underwhelming to say the least and I spent more time looking at the woman sticking her tongue out behind him than I did him.
DJ Khaled
The “come here” finger was a bold move and I’m not sure he pulled it off. Points for originality and meme content, however it’s one of the worst celebrity Glambots based on vibes alone.
Joey King
@joeyking Replying to @ava dude it sucks
We’ve all seen it. Joey’s Glambot at the 2020 SAG Awards has no explanation. I don’t even think she knew why she stuck that thumb up. She’s even ridiculed it herself, commenting on TikToks of “worst Glambots” writing: “Ah yes, there I am.”
She even replied directly to a comment asking her to speak about her Glambot, where she said in a video:”I mean, what’s there to say?”
Jules Hough
What… on earth. The image of Jules’ leg over her head at the 2022 Oscars Vanity Fair after party was a lot of things. It wasn’t even her first Glambot, so what – did she get bored of the smile and wave? It’s one way to become trending at least and I have to say, I’m jealous of her flexibility.
