Wait, did Squid Game already tell us how the entire show will end in season one?!

People think this scene revealed the final plot

After a long three-year wait, Squid Game season two arrived on Netflix last week and it’s had everyone hooked.

The new installment begins two years after Player 456, Gi-hun, won the Squid Game and took home the mega cash prize.

Instead of boarding a plane to America and enjoying being rich, he decides to go back into the Squid Game again to take down its evil creator.

Season two ended on a massive cliffhanger, but we haven’t got long to wait until season three which will begin right where it left off.

The final season is coming later in 2025, when we’ll finally find out how the South Korean thriller ends, but what if we already know?

People are convinced that a small scene in season one secretly explains what the final plot will entail.

In episode five, The Front Man’s brother Jun-ho disguises himself as a Squid Game and goes underneath the building with another guard.

As they climb down the ladder, the guard tells him this network of tunnels goes to the edge of the island if they ever need to escape.

He also shows him that they are filled with bombs so they can blow up the entire place and hide all evidence that the Squid Game ever existed.

People think that after finding his brother and realising what an evil man he is, Jun-ho will use these tunnels to get all the people off the island.

Then, he’ll set off the bombs and blow up the entire Squid Game with all its creators still inside at the end of season three.

During season two, we saw him find the tunnel hatch on the edge of the island, but a bomb went off as they tried to enter.

By the end of the season, they were gearing up to return to the island and try to enter the tunnels once again.

However, Jun-ho is completely unaware that the captain is actually working for the Squid Game and isn’t on his side.

Will he save Gi-hun and end the evil South Korean games once and for all? We’ll have to wait and see.
