Wait, I just found out I’m A Celeb evictions aren’t even live and my whole life is a lie
Sorry, what?!
We’ve got to the eviction stage of I’m A Celeb, where the campmates eagerly wait around the fire to find out who is next to leave camp.
Four celebrities have been eliminated so far. Jane was first to go, followed by Dean, Tulisa then Melvin – but the eliminations aren’t as they seem.
If you thought the daily evictions were broadcast live from Australia, you’re wrong. They are actually pre-recorded. Wait, what?!
If you look at your TV, you’ll see that there isn’t a gold “Live” symbol on the screen when the elimination is taking place.
The entire thing is filmed just before we watch it, probably while we have an ad break, and then aired a little while later.
This gives the evicted campmate time to gather their things together and make their way up to the long rope bridge.
That explains how they can get to the bridge so fast, and the camera then cuts to them walking across the bridge live.
At that point, you’ll see the spinning “Live” pop up on your TV screen and the campmate then joins Ant and Dec for a chat in the studio.
This revelation is shocking people on social media who have just realised their whole life has been a lie.
“How the hell do they get from the camp to the bridge in a matter of seconds, makes it seem like it’s not live,” one person asked.
Someone replied: “It isn’t live when Ant and Dec go into camp to tell them who’s going home.”

“This segment where they are announcing results to the campmates is not live?!” another person added in shock.

Someone else revealed: “They do the eviction during the ads and the bridge crossing is live.”
It feels like I’m A Celeb has been lying to us all this whole time but they never actually claimed the eviction was live, viewers just assumed.
You’ll never watch the show the same again now!
