As the I’m A Celeb 2024 campmates grow closer in the jungle, tensions have started rising and it’s clear some celebrities are on the edge of snapping. A body language expert, Nicole Greenfield-Smith, in collaboration with Mecca Games, offered some insights on the current relationships between the I’m A Celeb campmates, including a particularly interesting observation between Dean and Alan.

Nicole suggested that Dean might be irritating viewers at home by quitting the Bushtucker trial within minutes, but more monumentally, he might abandon the show altogether. She also thought that Coleen was distancing herself to avoid brewing drama between Alan and Dean after their confrontation, which may not be over yet.

“My observations from last night were really centred around Dean and GK Barry. Tulisa’s revelation wasn’t that interesting as she’d evidently dealt with the emotions and was quite matter of fact in her recount. If Dean fails many more trials, it could leave him susceptible to walking,” she noted.

Alan and Dean had a big clash this week as Alan woke him up to help with the chores. However, Dean told Alan he needed to give him “a minute” to wake up and the conversation got a bit heated. Alan usually seems very chill, but could a potential argument be brewing here?

Elsewhere in the camp, Nicole pointed out that Coleen Rooney became tearful when Barry discussed the passing of his daughter, which was likely due to the loss of her own sister. However, Nicole thought Coleen might not be ready to have a deeper conversation or share her own feelings yet as she’s been on the outskirts during the emotional moments in camp.

Nicole explained: “It’s also great to see some good bonds forming – with Oti at the centre of the positive vibes. Interestingly, Coleen seems to be hanging back and positioning herself away from the main group during the more emotional conversations – this is something she did during Barry’s talk of his daughter’s passing and a behaviour that was repeated last night during Dean and Oti’s tears. This could suggest she feels uncomfortable or has yet to fully integrate with the group.”
