Guys, Love Is Blind’s Hannah has actually responded to everyone saying she’s like Chelsea

She has *feelings* about the comparisons

Love Is Blind season seven star Hannah Jiles has actually commented on everyone calling her this season’s version of season six cast member, Chelsea Blackwell. What a crossover.

Straight after this season of Love Is Blind started, there were memes saying that Hannah and Chelsea were the same vibe, and had exactly the same energy. Of course, we could never forget how last season Chelsea was ripped apart for saying she looked like Megan Fox, and since then everyone should know better than making celebrity comparisons of themselves in the pods (Nick, you don’t look like Henry Cavill).

Hannah called herself “hot” in the pods, and from there the Chelsea comparisons came in thick and fast. “Hannah is very slick because she did what Chelsea did,” 90 Day Fiancé star Stephanie Matto said in a TikTok video. “She didn’t come out and say she was conventionally attractive, she just keeps talking about the fact that she used to be a cheerleader… that she dated the quarterback in high school, which obviously insinuates that she is attractive.” I mean, a bit of a reach but sure.

Hannah and Chelsea have both also got stick since being on the show about how they treated their partners, which has caused people to even more so claim Hannah is Chelsea 2.0.

Speaking to Glamour, Hannah actually spoke out about the claims, and whilst she has big feelings about the comparisons, she doesn’t seem to care all that much.

“I wear it like a badge of honour,” she said. “I think she’s a wonderful human being. When I watched it, I saw nothing wrong with her. We all have insecurities, we all have problems. Call me Chelsea, I think that’s wonderful. I think she’s a wonderful human.

“It’s such a tricky thing too. Something I want to say about the pods is you don’t want to talk about your looks, but you talk for so much [time], it’s really hard not to have something that you’re talking about allude to what you look like. It’s really difficult because you talk a lot, and sometimes it slips out, or you don’t even realise that what you’re saying kind of gives away what you look like, you know?”

She also defended Nick comparing himself to Henry Cavill in a similar vein and said: “I do think he was joking. But the problem is there’s a wall there. And so when you have dry humour it’s a great thing, but you can’t really get dry humour when you can’t see the person. So even though [he may be] joking, I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh, really?'”
