All of Lacey’s many attempts to get famous before MAFS UK 2024

When Lacey Martin was first introduced as part of the MAFS UK 2024 cast, people were quick to notice this might not be her first reach to be famous. Viewers recognised her and her sister as once being on a different reality show, and straight away questioned her intentions for going on Married at First Sight.

However since then, it’s become clear she’s got a full backlog of previous TV appearances, and always keeps her circle of friends close to those on the reality TV circuit. Our girl has been trying to crack it for years.

Here is a rundown of all the times Lacey has tried to get famous before being a bride on MAFS UK 2024. You have to respect her commitment, really.

Years before MAFS UK 2024, Lacey was first on reality TV in an episode of Dress To Impress

Before her Married at First Sight days, Lacey has already been on reality TV plenty of times. Her first appearance was an episode of Dress To Impress, after her twin sister Paige signed up to the show four years ago. Lacey appeared alongside her sister, and their episode was part of the show’s second series.

Lacey appeared on Fred’s Last Resort

Lacey also went on Fred’s Last Resort with Fred Sirieix, a show where he immersed 12 young Brits in the challenging world of luxury hospitality. Lacey was one of those, and she headed to the French Riviera to try and run a luxury resort.

Lacey and her sister Paige have joint Instagram and TikTok accounts, as well as their own main ones, where they are definitely trying to hit the big time. They share outfit pictures and tag brands, do dance trends, and vlog all of their life together.

She is also friends with a bunch of brides from MAFS UK 2023

On top of her reality TV history, Lacey has connections to THREE previous MAFS cast members. When Lacey posted on Instagram to announce she was part of the MAFS UK 2024 cast, 2023 brides Ella Morgan, Erica Roberts and Tasha Jay all rushed to the comments section to wish their pal good luck.

Lacey was on Celebs Go Dating, like so many MAFS UK cast members have been

These days it seems as though every cast member of MAFS UK has been on Celebs Go Dating before, and as has Lacey. Again, this was something she and her sister Paige did together, with them both appearing on the 12th series of the show. They popped up at a brunch-come-mixer on the show, during its 15th episode.

At the time, Made in Chelsea’s Mark-Francis had been struggling to find a connection, so Love Island’s Adam Collard stepped in to help, naturally. The two guys had a chat with Lacey and Paige, with at first Mark-Francis seeming very excited to date some twins, but nothing came of it. Paige did very awkwardly sing opera at the table for Mark though, which was intense.
