P Diddy said he was ‘going to be arrested’ for his parties in unsettling resurfaced video

‘You’re gonna hear about my parties – they’re going to be shutting them down’

P Diddy’s recent arrest this September has been pretty big news, and it has seen the internet dig into videos of him from years and years ago. People have found some pretty disturbing comments that were made about his parties, and the very secretive nature of what goes on there. However, an ancient video (ancient in internet terms, that is) from 1999 has resurfaced in which P Diddy speaks to an ET interviewer all about the behind-the-scenes of these infamous events.

In the resurfaced video, P Diddy discusses the chaotic nature of his parties, and describes how officials “won’t even give me a permit for the parties,” because “they don’t want me to throw the parties no more.” When asked why, he claims that his parties were “beyond the horizon” of normality, and that “people get intimidated” whenever you bring “a different element to people’s environment.”

In the clip, he also says that “we aren’t gonna stop, we’re gonna keep having fun bringing people together from all walks of life.”

It seems like he predicted the future in more ways than one with what he says after: “You’re gonna hear about my parties – they’re going to be shutting them down, they’re going to probably be arresting me, doing all types of crazy things just because we want to have a good time.”

People definitely would be talking all about his parties, but in present day, the nature of the conversation has dramatically shifted.

When asked how he felt about running the hottest parties in town, P Diddy has one answer: “It makes me feel like I know how to throw a party.”
