The Love Island: All Stars cast and their many, many previous attempts at fame
Why have so many of them been on Dinner Date, please?
The cast of Love Island: All Stars have become quite accustomed to fame. They’ve been on the show before, know what it’s all about, and are back to give it another go. But as well as Love Island, it seems this lot have truly tried the most to get their names out there.
They’ve appeared on any show that will take them, knocked at the doors of reality producers for years, and wanted to taste the dizzy heights of reality fame for as long as they can remember.
Here is the cast of Love Island: All Stars, and all their most desperate attempts at previous fame.
Georgia Steel was on a Nickelodeon show as a teen
@thetab_ Before Love Island and Love Island All Stars she was part of ‘Team Yorky Corkies’ x Footage via Nickelodeon #fyp #georgiasteel #nickelodeon #loveisland
Georgia kicked off her reality career early, when she appeared on Nickelodeon show Camp Orange UK aged just 13. The show is a bit like I’m A Celeb but for regular kids, filmed out in Australia.
Georgia was part of Team Yorky Corkies, after her Yorkshire roots, in the first series of the reality game show, in which friends teamed up to take on the ultimate “bush” challenge. Georgia teamed up with her bestie Elsie Cussons and they took on a range of challenges, including creepy night treasure hunts, obstacle races, and living among goats in the Australian campsite.
And she was on a CBBC show!

In 2013, Georgia Steel appeared on CBBC show All at Sea – at the time she would have been 15. The CBBC series revolves around the chaotic misadventures of the Enright family, who have recently moved to Scarborough to run a BnB by the sea, and this was her first shot in the acting world.

In the series, Georgia played the role of Amanda Bryce. A TikTok clip of her appearance shows her character saying she’s “coupled up” with another teenager called Steve. She had Love Island sayings locked in already!
Anton auditioned for Survival of The Fittest
A year before his 2019 Love Island appearance, Anton applied to be on ITV2 show Survival of the Fittest. Speaking on The Reality Tea podcast, he said he initially wanted to be on that show instead, which was set to air in early 2018, but “froze” during the interview.
“Me personally speaking, I actually applied for Survival of The Fittest,” he said. “My chat was rubbish to be honest, I didn’t know what I was applying for I just went for it.”
Georgia Harrison was on TOWIE before her Love Island days
Way before Love Island, Georgia Harrison appeared on a series of TOWIE in 2014. Her biggest storyline was a love triangle with Tom Pearce and Lewis Bloor. She was on the show for an Ibiza special, and appeared to be rekindling things with ex Lewis, but ended up getting close with Tom.
Her first shot at reality TV fame didn’t exactly go to plan, when producers dropped her at the end of her first series on the show.
Mitch was meant to be on Married at First Sight!!!
Messy Mitch was also meant to be on another show before Love Island, as he’s said he was scouted for Married at First Sight, but didn’t reply. Speaking in an interview, he said: “Married at First Sight contacted me, I didn’t contact them.” Can you imagine that?! Mitch getting MARRIED on TV?!
Georgia Steel was on Dinner Date
Many, many Islanders have gone on Dinner Date before. And not just the regular one, no, previous Islanders go on “celebrity” Dinner Date, because after their time in the villa they can call themselves that.
Georgia was on series 11, episode 14 and was called a “reality TV star, influencer and model”. She was given five menus, each put together by a potential blind date. She then sat down for dinner with three of them, before choosing who she wanted to go out with at the end. Needless to say, nothing came of her dates.
Josh Ritchie has been on every reality show ever
Since bing on Love Island series one, Josh has really tried the most to keep the reality TV light firmly shining on him. In 2016 and 2017 he was on Ex on the Beach’s sixth and seventh series, and then he went on to guest present two episodes of Just Tattoo of Us. In 2019 he was on Celebrity Coach Trip and Celebs Go Dating, after which he briefly dated Geordie Shore’s Charlotte Crosby. Then in 2021, Josh appeared on Celeb Ex in the City, alongside fellow All Stars Islander, Arabella Chi.
Chris Taylor has also been on Dinner Date
2019’s Chris is another All Stars Islander who’s tried their hand at Dinner Date. He was on the show in 2020, and seemed to get on with one of his dates, and said they were planning to meet up again after. But, nothing actually did come of it. A shame!
Toby applied for Love Island twice
Toby was a huge name on Love Island 2021, and it turns out he was pretty set on being picked up by producers, as he sent an application in twice to get noticed. He first tried his luck for the show before the Covid pandemic. “The one that didn’t go ahead, I applied for that,” he said in an interview. “So I applied again, and luckily I’m here.”
Oh, Anton’s been on Dinner Date too!
Another one! In 2020, Anton also took part in Dinner Date, so selected three women to go on dates with before heading out with one at the end. You’ll be shocked to know, he also didn’t find love.
Georgia’s been on loads of other shows since Love Island 2018
After she was first on Love Island, Dinner Date wasn’t the only show keeping our G busy. She was everywhere. Georgia has appeared on Celebs on the Ranch, MTV Cribs (yes really), Ex on the Beach, Ex on the Beach: Peak of Love, Celebrity Coach Trip, Celebrity Antiques Road Show (again, yes really) and Celebs Go Dating.
