Guys, Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner hard launched at the 2024 Golden Globes

Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner were not camera shy at all at the 2024 Golden Globes, and the internet was loving it.

After first being rumoured be an item this summer, the pair were incredibly close and cozy at the bash which was kicking off the Hollywood award season this year and made big winners out of Oppenheimer and Succession. We haven’t fully seen then together like this in a long time, only bits and pieces and much less tactile.

Their soft launch, if you could call it that, was in August another other celebrity show out, all hands on deck event; the LA stop of Beyonce’s Renaissance Tour. Along with what seemed like every other starlet in the world, they rocked out to watch Queen Bey herself take to the stage. However, unlike the entire of Kylie’s reality TV family and other famous faces like Jeff Bezos, Zendaya and Tom Holland, they were more preoccupied with each other, getting quite handy during songs like Alien Superstar and Crazy in Love.

Anyway by means of being broadcast live on television, this appearance had way more eyeballs and therefore way more scope for jokes for prying eyes.

“Do Kylie and Timothée know that the ad breaks on the Golden Globe website is just a fan cam of them,” one user asked

 

Quips about Kylie’s momager Kris Jenner were not far away, with one user replying: Behind the camera,” with a gif of Kris encouraging her second oldest daughter Kim Kardashian on her Playboy shoot back in 2007.

This comes after unfounded claims that the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner clan masterminded this union for good old fashioned PR purposes after the 26-year-old split from Travis Scott, the father of her two kids Stormi and Aire.

 

Others were less enamoured with their show and made their feelings very much known.

“Having to watch Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner make out every 29 seconds,” one person wrote.

There were even speculation to how the 28-year-old actor’s biggest fan – the owner and operator of the Twitter account dubbed Club Chalamet – might react to the footage.

One added: “Timothée chalamet and kylie jenner at the golden globes.”

One user had questions for the organisers and how they did the seating chart, asking: “now why did they seat Jennifer Aniston opposite Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet, I-.”
